Had been suffering from IBS symptoms including cramps and diarrhoea every day for about 4 months. Within 3 days of taking these, my digestive system seemed to be virtually back to normal. 1 week in and I'm feeling so much better- back eating "normal" food again. It's wonderful. After 4 months of FODMAP diet with no success, I can not recommend these highly enough. Can't swallow the tablet but you are allowed to sprinkle the contents into a cold drink. Almost a miracle cure as far as I'm concerned.

I was recommended these by a friend, and was hesitant at first because of the cost. Still, I trusted them and tried them out. Within a couple of days there was a definitive improvement and my IBS started to settle down. I have far less bloating, to the point it's almost non-existent. I was away for 2 weeks, and forgot these pills, and I really noticed the difference, I was back to the old way of my IBS. I was so relieved to come back and start taking them again. About 6 weeks ago I came down with what I presume was gastric flu - 2 days of fever and terrible churning, bloated, painful guts. Although I was up and about after 48 hours my tummy just never seemed to recover and every afternoon it started to bloat horribly. By bedtime I was looking 6 months pregnant every night! I decide to try these as I was suffering with looking and feeling bloated most days. These capsules are excellent, they helped with the bloated feeling. Although the symptoms didn’t disappear completely, these capsules definitely eased my symptoms. I have now run out of these, and the symptoms are returning. I aim to repurchase, however as they are expensive, I will wait until they are on offer. These capsules are definitely easier to keep in the cupboard and take daily, than stocking up and filling the fridge with yogurts that claim to do the same thing.
Fabulous product that has really improved my health. Since I started taking this supplement it has really improved my stomach as I think the live cultures had a positive impact and also prevented me from getting thrush, which as a diabetic I regularly suffered from. I experience thrush now and again like most women, I think it was because i was run down however it wasnt going and it was making me uncomfortable bottom line i didnt want to rely on thrush tablets as i did in the past with my pregnancies as hormones changes always gave me thrush.Not pregnant but..I started this 5 days ago and already made a difference. My thrush has gone and i feel like ive taken control back.So far so good.One negative :I got this on the sale (which was fantastic) otherwise its toooo expensive to keep up maintenance with this- that's the only down fall for me. I bought the product because I had an intestinal and stomach infection. I then took the product daily for over 30 days. Already during the whole time I realized that I suddenly put on massive weight (3-4kg) despite daily cardio and strength training (min 1h per day) and controlled eating. I couldn't explain it to myself, so I asked my doctor, who knows that it contains in the product "Lactobacillus acidophilus", which leads to an increase in fat cells and is therefore also used in animal fattening. Although my problems have disappeared, the weight gain is a very unpleasant side effect and it is not even listed as such. I stopped the cure immediately.
I bought these for my 14 year old son who suffers from teenage acne on his face, back & chest. He was prescribed very strong antibiotics which then gave him a poorly tummy. These were bought after reading a review somewhere which said that they were good for both acne & your tummy’s micro biome. They have certainly sorted out his tummy but it is early days to tell if they are having any positive affect on his skin. He has no difficulty in taking them & there don’t appear to be any side affects so hopefully we will see some improvement the longer he takes them. Delivery was on time & price was good.
I use one every morning, best to take on empty stomach. best not to drink anything for around 30 min otherwise it will dilute it. when I start using these probiotic it helped my stomach, no pain anymore. start with 10 billion and see what happens then try 20 billion. and h&b always good quality.
