I have reviewed this product before. But I have to add. This product works so well, I didn't know I had arthritis throughout my body. It shows up on scans, but I didn't believe it. I forgot to take it 2 days running, and I was in terrible pain everywhere - except my elbows!! I don't take any other supplements that I did before. It works on its own so is very cost saving. Cant recommend it highly enough. I put everyone onto it. Particularly when I am in the store.

I am using Bioglan Curcumin for the pain I experienced in my leg due to arthritis in my hip. I started taking 2 to 3 each day as directed on package but found I didnβt feel right so decided to try just 1 each day. I take it in the morning after breakfast and itβs right for me. I donβt experience the pain in my leg at all now. Started taking a few months ago and Iβm very happy with this product.
It seems to help my osteo arthritis in my hands a lot. If I donβt take it Iβm worse. No side effects. Easy to take. Have had many kinds of big dosage turmeric and this one seems good too
Combined with magnesium chelate these Curcumin of which I take two a day have enabled me to come off arthritis medication. They cost more however less chemicals and side effects
I've suffered from inflammation in my back/hips/bum muscles for a long time, which was always worse after sitting for hours at my desk job. After reading many reviews on many products and brands of natural supplements, I thought I'd give Bioglan Curcumin a go. I literally felt a difference within the first 2 hours of taking it and once it had kicked in, the relief lasted for approx 8 hours. I'm taking 1 tablet each with breaky and dinner, so I get relief through the night too. Today is day 3 and results have so far been consistent for me. I'm very happy with this product
I've been suffering from joint pains for a couple of years now and was taking prescription Anti-inflammatory medication to get relief. Since I started to take a daily dose of clinical strengths Curcumin 15,800mg, my pain has reduced significantly. I can move much more freely and, except for the odd occasion, have stopped taking any prescription drugs altogether. I highly recommend it!
I've been on this for 6 months and it's the most powerful and effective Curcumin product I've tried. I take it for painful inflammation in my knees and back, and for other inflammatory conditions caused by a weak immune system. It really works to relieve pain and tenderness in my joints. I'm so grateful for it, and I don't like to be without it for more than a day.
I have been taking one tablet every night for at least two years based on the recommendation of the Pharmacist at my local Chemist Warehouse. I had the worst pain in my fingers, but taking these has helped immensely. I donβt have any more pain, even after cooking, cleaning and general day to day activities. I can highly recommend these tablets, but, they may not do the job for everyone. You probably need to take them for at least 4 weeks to see if they work for you.
