This product did nothing for me. I followed the instructions and used it for 10 nights but it didnt work
It’s good and I felt it worked ok, but I found other bioglan products better, I personally prefer the drops rather than the spray. Only Personal Opinion

Seems to help me sleep. I've been alternating this and Brauer's Sleep oral spray
I’ve tried many natural sleep remedies over the years for my insomnia and have often had to resort to prescribed sleeping tablets. I can honestly say this works the best for me. I use 4 sprays and I’m asleep within half an hour.
Have used this product in the past, and it did help my sleep pattern a lot. However, this time it made very little difference - maybe the chronic stress I’ve been going through has something to do with it. Always worth a try.
