Working in a very warm humid environment and sweating a lot over an 8-10 hour shift. I began to get leg cramps in the middle of the night - no fun. Since adding this product to my drinking water - 3 to 4 litres a day - the cramps have stopped. Works well, recommend it.

I have purchased this before. I feel it enriched the water helping me feel hydrated for longer. Great to take in the morning. Best to mix in the daily water container and drink throughout the day. Love Health Post for quick delivery. Good prices they are a great company.

I'm a right around the year exerciser (inside and outside) and always sweat, summers are especially draining on my system. Having 1 litre of electrolyte a day definitely helps my hydration and recovery, helps with the taste of water (which I've never liked) and has none of the yukky ingredients the loudly coloured electrolytes have. Very happy with this product, have been using for years.

My husband works a hard, hot job and sweats profusely and complained to me that he couldn't drink enough water to slake his thirst. I looked into electrolytes and found this product and he really notices if he forgets his water bottle for work! I also now drink most water with the added electrolytes in it and feel much better and it encourages me to drink more water instead of reaching for the soda!
So easy to use; no trying to mix in powders that don't mix well in fluids. Also, it is concentrated; so we don't need huge amounts of liquid to get the doses of minerals/electrolytes required per day. It has quite a salty taste so adding a little pineapple juice neutralizes that nicely. During the extremely hot days we have been having I find having a glass of liquid with only about 7 -10 drops is enough to put back the energy levels that the heat zaps out.Highly recommend.
Great product for replenishing your lost minerals through exercise and/or hot days. Helps with hydration levels with my migraines too. But I add to my water every day now. Product makes water taste like stale water but I just add water fruit drops to mask flavour and you're good to go. You'll get over it because product works very well. You use very little so product lasts a long time. Highly recommended!!!
I do a lot of hiking and have a health condition that means I need to drink a lot and the key to actually staying hydrated is electrolytes - I was getting sick of buying Powerade and other such drinks all the time and wanted an alternative. This stuff is perfect, can mix it in a big bottle of water and add my own flavours and it’s great!
My husband does gruelling hours outside involving landscaping and other very physical activities. He was after something that would help him with his energy levels, and replace electrolytes lost through heavy perspiration . He thinks it definitely is helping.
I drink so much water but still always feel like I have a dry mouth. This must help me absorb more water or something because the mouth dryness has reduced and even though I drink the same amount of water I don’t need to pee so much! I drink 1L of water with this daily and the rest without. Taste is hardly noticeable. Two thumbs up!
My husband is a manual worker indoors in a very hot environment - bread ovens! He couldn't quench his thirst so I looked on this website for electrolytes and found this product. It beats all those bottled water products found in supermarkets and we enhance and take away the taste with water drops - there are many flavours to choose from! Won't buy bottled water while this is available! I have also started using it all year round and find it quenches your thirst much more than plain tap water!
