The Birkenstock Madrid is the oldest member of the family of models, making it a classic. Launched as a “fitness sandal” half a century ago, this simple single-strap model has gone on to become a firm fashion favourite. Its function and design have largely remained unchanged. The special positioning of the strap gently trains the muscles in the feet and calves with each step – the toes’ grip reflexes trigger this effect.

Comfy and getting a lot of use. Easy to slip on as I am always rushing out the door, feet feel protected and secure.

The shoes are really beautiful and comfortable. They look like they seems in the picture. My parcel has arriverd with almost 2 weeks of delay due to coronavirus and for this reason I had to contact the costumer service that answer really quick. Higly suggested!
Love these. Such a great colour and easy to wear. Definitely size down as these run large. Originally ordered my normal size and had to repurchase in a size down and they fit perfectly.
I am so please with them, good quality , very comfy and stylish!
