I received the box with a pair of non leather Birkenstocks when I had paid for the suede more expensive ones.These were returned and refund given but not happy as this was a gift and could easily have been missed. The sticker on the box for the suede sandals had been placed over the cheaper version. Very misleading and deceitful

This is my fourth pair of Birkenstocks so I knew I’d like them but my first suede pair. They are super soft & very easy to wear. Initially the colour did stain my foot but I’ve worn them pretty consistently over the last month & it’s no longer an issue. Definitely a summer staple for me.

No break in period needed, there are minor scratchy parts on the strap but that’ll smooth over with time. Definitely prefer the soft footbed. I like the colour and it goes with a lot of outfits. I have a medium wide foot and this is nice and snug in a good way.
My first Birkies and really thrilled to find my size and preferred colour on ASOS. Even more delighted that these sandals were on sale for my choices. Delivery was quick and as promised. So pleased I came back for a second pair in a different colour.Highly recommend ASOS for the range and availability of my size (the smallest Birkenstock do) when other sites don’t have them and charge more in any case.
Not had any black marks left on feet as other reviews suggested and they don’t feel stretched either. Super comfy and I have been living in them this year. So much so I now have tan lines 🤦🏻‍♀️
I bought these for my husband for our holidays. We walked quite a lot every day, and he said they were comfortable and didn't need breaking in. They are a soft footbed. Lovely colour, soft suede and he sized down from his usual size 9. Although I have the same pair and took my usual size 5.
I bought the vegan brown ones beforehand and ended up returning them as they just didn’t look like leather, and I couldn’t justify paying the price of leather but not as nice.So I ended up purchasing the black suede ones instead. I like them a lot and they go with every outfit - they just don’t stay on my feet all that well and I have to scrunch my toes up to keep them on.
Every time I wear these they stain my feet black. I wore them many times over summer and again during a fortnight holiday in January, the dye is still marking my feet. Not a good look
I paid for black suede Birkenstock ÂŁ90 although the box said black suede when I opened up I found Matt black leather ones ÂŁ65. Assume someone before ordered black leather and black suede kept more expensive black suede and sent back black leather in black suede box. I have blue and white ones just wanted black suede ones very disappointed
