Ordered online. Box came falling apart. The shoes were scuffed, they had glue on the toes and had a black security sensor attached … spent an hour chatting to get a replacement as my local store didn’t carry them. Beyond frustrating and not the first time I’ve had this issue with shipping from DSW. Cute sandals but don’t recommend ordering online!

I was so happy when my shoes arrived. I tried them on immediately. The fit was horrible. I have bought many pair’s of Birkenstocks over the years. I know what size I wear. I know how they are supposed to fit. I was even more disappointed when I followed the instructions for the return information, only to get a message that none of my purchases were eligible for return. I will think long and hard before I decide on making another purchase from Zulily and will never buy shoes online again. I guess I will be giving them to Goodwill or similar place for a donation.

I bought these to go to Greece on holiday as I really needed some more substantial sandals for all the walking. I was a bit apprehensive about how comfortable they’d be as everyone says you need to break Birkenstocks in but to be honest these have been comfortable from the get go! They start as a slightly narrow fit (I loosened the straps on both feet to the loosest setting to start with) but now after only 2 weeks of wear they’re extremely comfortable and moulded to my feet, I’ve even tightened up the straps again. Really recommend these, they’re so comfortable and the pink is lovely too!

The info for this shoe is incorrect on the site. It explicitly says that it’s not a narrow fit even though the box says it’s a narrow fit. These are definitely narrow fit shoes. I thought I could break them in and they’d eventually get comfortable, but they didn’t since they’re designed for a different foot type entirely. Be careful buying Birkenstock from DSW.
ASOS does not add to listing that these are the narrow fit Birkenstocks and due to that reason I sent them back. FYI if the Birkenstock foot on the inside of the shoe is solid black they are narrow fit. If they just have an outline then are regular fit. The length itself was fine. True to size. Shame ASOS don’t list if they are regular or narrow fit
I’ve owned many pairs of Birkenstocks and I’ve never had such an uncomfortable pair before. I only wore them less than an hour and I have multiple blisters. They are really cute. They fit well. I’m hoping they “break in” but the problem is I know I’m never going to want to put them on again because they hurt!I usually wear an 8.5-9 M and bought size 39. The fit isn’t the issue — with adjustable straps they have a great fit.
I bought in store to make sure the silver toppers weren't too stiff. The inside of the topper feels like felt, not too stiff at all. I'm still breaking in the cork footbed, and that was to be expected. It took me about six months to break in my last pair of birk's, and I'm sure this will be about the same. I compared the comfort of the Arizona to the Sydney, and for my wide foot, the Arizona was the winner, even though I liked the topper on the Sydney better. Anyway, the silver goes with everything and I'm happy with my purchase! I have wide short feet -- I usually wear a street size 9 in shoes, but I was able to size down to a 38 in these. I wouldn't have known that would work without trying them on
I wore these for an entire day amd they kill my feet. I have very narrow and thin feet and the arches are not comfortable and the top foot strap digs into the top of my foot. So didn't feel so good on the top or bottom of my feet. I wouldn't spend over $100 to buy these. I actually bought $25 ones off of Amazon and I also wore them for an entire day and I absolutely love them
It's a little embarrassing, really. Sometimes I catch myself scratching the bottom of my Birk. You know, when you get that little itch right in your arch? With any other shoe I slip it off then scratch away. But with Birks, I don't know ... I just sort of forget they're not my foot. In fact, my feet feel more like themselves in Birks than barefoot.I don't even know how many pairs of Birkenstock Arizonas I've owned. All I know is that there will always be at least two pairs in rotation -- the ones on my feet, and the ones in my closet. Simply the most consistent, most reliable, and most comfortable footwear I've ever had the privilege of experiencing.Which reminds me, I need to update my funeral plan: "Bury me in my Birks".
I just purchased my first Arizona Birkenstocks. Yes the footbed is hard and maybe it's because I have lived in flipflops for years but the hard footbed actually feels kinda good. Like the support of a firm mattress. Anyway, I wore them for hours after I purchased them and the next day all day at work. I haven't done a huge amount of walking but when I do they feel good. I tend to be a sloucher and I've noticed that they make me stand/walk straight up, pushing my shoulders back rather than hunched over which I normally am. I can already see faint indentations of my toes in the footbed. I think these sandals are going to be amazing and probably the only shoes I wear. I live in the Pacific Northwest so I'll fit right in with the socks and sandal guys/gals!
