sent wrong item package damaged anyway. sent new one tube damaged from bissel inwhich was replaced but was on my porch totally distroyed and all taped up. no damage to replacement tube. pics where sent to bissel. I just ordered 2 more (cleaning service) lets see how these come. delivery service was fedX. i believe I should Have been offered some kind of inconvenience compensation for the time it took for me to get a vacuum cleaner into the place of my commercial where it was needed at.

I was having trouble finding an upright that wasn't bagless so I was happy to find this one. It's a cheaper grade plastic than I would like ( I feel like it would crack if it were to fall on a hard surface) but it's easy to use and it's better than those messy bagless vacs. Good suction, lightweight and an extra long cord which is nice. The handle height is not adjustable so it may not be comfortable for a tall person. I'm 5'4" and it's perfect for me but my mom is 5'9" and says it hurts her back.

It's lightweight, has a long cord, and is John Deere green. It's easy to service and access the bags and belts too.My advice here is to only buy this if you really think it's the right vacuum. Otherwise, returning it is probably not going to work.

I got so tired of the disposable vacuums. Decided i just wanted to go back to a bagged vacuum. Price at sams was very reasonable!I did have to find bags at a different source though. I don't like that the on/off switch is on the side of the vacuum. It would be so much better on the front of the handle. You have to be careful of the vacuum tipping over when you use the attachments, however, i think that will change when the hose loosens up with use. We are very happy with the performance and suction of this vacuum. Was a worthwhile purchase.
Best feature is that it is only 12lbs which makes it the lightest weight vacuum of this type. Reasonably quiet with Very good suction %26 easy to glide but u must find the best Height Adjustment on the Dial for different pile carpeting. However as a senior I prefer this as I can choose the most comfortable setting. I bought this to replace a Bissell Bag Style Front which had Automatic Height Adjustment which after 6 months stopped adjusting properly %26 was dragging too low %26 became too hard to push. This model is as good as any Bagged type I have ever used in the last 30 years %26 is the lightest I could find on the market with a 13 in wide cleaning path so I would Highly Recommend.
I expected this to be a little more vacuum since it is commercial. The heftiest part of it is the cord. The wheels seem a little cheap and wobbly. I am also having a hard time getting bags which is not making me very happy. It seems they only come in 30 and I don't want to get that many. The sweeper may not last that long. The bag inside says 7 but when I tried one I bought it didn't fit so I guess I will have to order from the company. I hope this will last but my expectations are not very high. The suction is okay but not great.
I bought this item back in January and four months later, it's no longer working. I'm kicking myself because i didn't purchase the warranty. This is my second Bissell in 2 years. I'm done with Bissell.
One star is for the bags, second because it’s light. Otherwise, save your money and buy a vacuum cleaner that does a better job. This vacuum cleaner doesn’t have much power to clean even a low carport. Power cord is poorly designed made of two pieces. Why? Overall poorly designed vaccine cleaner. It’s not a commercial product. I would not recommend it or buy it again.
The best I have purchased in a long time! It is a one-pass vacuum - that is - it only takes one run to catch up all the debris. It is called the PowerFroce vacuum and the name suits this vacuum. The vacuum is green with a yellow cord and yes it is powerful! It ships fast and is packed very well. Highly recommended!
Works well on carpeted and hard surfaces with proper brush adjustment. Hand tool is nice feature as its always there and ready to go. Decent suction for an upright. Long cord is great and not found on cheaper units. These work better and last longer than any bagless unit because dirt is deposited into bag and not sucked into motor. Check bag often, don't jam the belt, and clean it regularly it will last. My oldest unit has given me 22 years and still runs great.
