Absolutely amazing hand held upholstery and carpet cleaner.I cleaned 6 covered dining room chairs and a large sofa.At first I was slightly put off by the noise it makes butthat wasn't much of an obstacle when I saw how it cleaned.I was doubly impressed by the way it sucks back the dirty water. Drying took much less time than I had thought it might.I also defy anyone not to be horrified at the colour of the dirty water in the tank at the end!My daughter asked if she could borrow it. Instead I treated her to a new one!Treat yourself, it's worthwhile!

Once I got home I cleaned my cars interior first to remove all possible contaminates. Then followed the instructions. I decided to apply Meguires Car interior upholstery & carpet cleaner prior to use and Agitated with a soft brush before use & wow I was amazed so simply to use, it uses very limited water which I was worried about soaking my car seats? Bought one of these as we did not have space for a full size wet and dry cleaner. Having just tried it out on some old stains on various carpets and furniture I am really impressed as to how well it does the job and will save huge amounts of time dealing with split cups of tea and glasses of wine. It is however very noisy and the hose is a little on the short side and can if not careful pull the machine over. You would not want to clean a whole carpet with this, but then that is not what it is designed for. It is however great for stairs.It does deserve 5 stars as it did do a great job on a variety of different carpet types and grubby sofas. Well worth the money.

Bought a few weeks ago. Just got to actually try it on a hall way rug which we had to pickup and put in the shed after one of our cats did something unspeakable on it ..twice!This little machine cleaned it up like new. The spray is really even and gets down into the pile really well. Smelt lovely afterwards. Went over three or four times to get as dry as possible. I highly recommend. Very very good. ( very noisy though so get ear plugs)
Having had a new puppy since October, who is now a huge 8 month labradoodle, our sofa was really grubby from his muddy paws. Didn't expect perfection but using this spot cleaner was quick, easy (and noisy) and brought the sofa up almost as good as new. It was damp for a day or two afterwards. Have now covered with a throw in the hope that it stays cleaner for longer but having this cleaner makes me a bit more relaxed about the dog!
Gave my sofa a thorough refresh after many years of service. Looks and feels much brighter than it did pre clean.Particularly pleased with the removal of that wear mark you always get on pale carpet at the fresh-hold of any room.The colour of the waste water after cleaning my stair carpet was a revelation!Be careful not to over wet and allow plenty of drying time. Shame there's no place to click the attachments on to the machine.It is noisy hot quite physical work, but worthy of the effort.
Bought to remove spillage stains from around the bed head, my partner has Parkinsons disease and shaky hands. It easily washed away any trace of coffee and juice. Ive also used it on my dogs bed and around doorways with excellent results. Its compact and neat, not too heavy, and easy to fill and empty, it came with 2 heads so versatile. Its much easier than dragging my upright Bissell out of the cupboard. In all it was good buy.

Then I realised, after the first whole house clean, I would be using this only as needed, so a spot cleaner was much better for my requirements (old dog and cat, plus grown children who drop makeup!) and is a third of the price.It has transformed my carpets which are all cream/beige. I can just fill the tank part way for a spot clean when needed, so don't waste the cleaning solution.Cons: It took 24 hours for carpets to dry fully. Very easy to use. Although it is designed for spot cleaning, it was chosen over an upright, bulkier carpet cleaner due to limited storage space in our little home. But I have cleaned a fitted carpet successfully (need knee pads!) The dripping from the spray nozzle when the trigger is not engaged is actually annoying. I thought I could overlook that, having read about the problem in previous reviews. Overall very pleased to have this little beauty in my cleaning arsenal.
I've been very happy with the performance of the spotclean pro. We've used it to spot clean a carpet, and it's also very useful for vacuuming up water spills. There is an obvious sacrifice of capacity for portability, and if cleaning up a larger spill you may need to empty it, but filling and emptying of the machine is very easy. Reading the instructions is a must; the waste water tank as been designed so the top comes off for easy emptying and this wasn't immediately apparent do I got water everywhere. I've deducted one star only because it's unbearably noisy if you're close to the machine.
