My partner bought this for me as we now have 3 dogs and the kitchen is where they spend of their time, so the floor can become quite messy. I wanted a quick way to clean through, especially as we both work full time. I have only used it about 3 times up to now but so far so good and Im really pleased. The suction is good and it brings the floors up lovely. We have ceramic tiles in our hallway and lounge which are really shiney and this cleans them and leaves them looking polished. I love that this hoovers and steams at the same time. The emptying of the rubbish is very easy and straightforward. The steam cleans the most stubborn dirt from my hard floors. Its easier to glide when just hoovering but I am disabled so I can't do it however my husband does and says its easy. So it could be that I'm just weaker. Cons are that the shape of the steaming hoover bit doesn't reach the corners and the while it's good that the cable is long it can get in the way. I woudl also appreciate more than 1 cloth for the device.

Wow! No more sweeping with a broom or separate hoovering, no more dustpan and brush clearing, no more waiting for heavy steamer to heat up. Pop water into the easy fill spout with the pourer supplied. Place a new pad onto the footplate, switch on and you are ready to go in less than 15 seconds! Great suction vacuum that can be used on its own without the steemer pad or at the same time as steaming your floor. One go is all it takes to clear and totally clean your floor. I love this really clever machine. A lot more streamline than mop and bucket, broom, dustpan and brush and hoover. I love the ease of use. Thank you bissell for such a great machine.
I run a busy salon so would spend time hoovering then steaming at the end of the day.. this little gadget allows me to clear down all in one go and its so effective! we have Amtico flooring throughout and it comes up absolutely beautiful and dries quickly too, I like the little scent disc as it smels lovely and clean afterwards. The steamer cloth is easy to fit and remove and washes up well. I wish it had an attachment for the hoover side as I still need to get the hoover out to do the top of skirtings but it saes so much time!I've told all my clients about it.. expect lots of orders!!
I bought this and have recommended to so many people. Four of my friends have bought as a result and they love it too! I have hard floors in my big kitchen, dining room and hall way. Takes me 10/15 minutes to do my floor and it does a better job than my hoover and mop ever did! Would actually pull this steam mop out rather than just doing a quick hoover as it take very little extra time and gives a better result. Absolutely just buy it. Your time is precious! Worth every penny!
Good Points: Really strong vacuum, picks up stuff well, nice smelling fragrance discs, pretty good cord length, easy buttons to use, easy to empty the vacuum dirt container. Stands up well by itself and quite compact for the strength of the machine.Improvement Points: The plastic clip on part on the bottom of the vacuum that holds onto the steam mop head falls off occasionally whilst using.I find it easier to vacuum the room first with a dry steam mop head, then steam mop the room separately afterwards. If you do it together on a dirty floor then some of the dirt gets pushed to the edge of the rooms and I've had to get a cloth to run round the edges of the room before to pick it up.
Many many years ago my parents bought me my 1st Bissell Vac & Steam which I loved. It was used often per week so when it eventually broke down I had no hesitation with buying another. With a muddy large dog, cat and children I can honestly say that I wouldn't venture away from this make. The dual function is perfect for my needs, easy to use, no harsh chemicals required and easy to clean pads. The tiled floor dries speedily after use.
