I adore this couch. Surprisingly light weight considering how it looks, and very simple to pull apart. Really wonderful quality material used for the pillow covers and exterior, and the pillows and cushions themselves have been generously stuffed. Was a little tricky putting the cover on because we couldn't tell which part went where. It might have been easier to figure out if there was a simple diagram guide inside. Be patient when pulling the covers onto the cushions and pillows as well, because it will be a struggle to stuff everything in! Also be aware of the orientation of the seat cushions in their covers; we did it wrong the first time and the rectangle shape didn't really sit well, and it took a second try to get it perfect.Otherwise, an utterly gorgeous, ... A friend came and immediately tucked his feet under himself when sitting on it, so it invites people to snuggle down immediately without question. I also love the rustic design; so many couches are of the same look and finished in leather. This design is one out of a million and I think would be popular in different colours as well. Also, this might be overkill, but I kind of feel like there needs to be two additional pillows for each end for the purposes of lying down on and using the arms as a pillow prop. But again, I am being excessive! This is a perfect sofa.

Firstly, let me say how impressed with your service I was, you guys are so helpful & quick to reply. The speed with which it arrived ( In Darwin) was awesome given the freight challenges at the moment. My TV cabinet was ordered 2 weeks before, & still arrived the day after my lounges, so thank you legends 👏😘My biggest problem was putting my lounges together. Being 5ft nothing & almost 62, aaannndddd my partner working away, I found it extremely difficult to get each piece out of its box ( it took me until the 3rd box to work out to just tip it out 😏) My next big challenge was putting the seat cushion covers on. I did watch the video, but I found it extremely difficult to do by myself 😫( I now feel old and weak 😞) and I broke almost every finger nail 😱 💅And ... I'm hoping my cloud becomes just that in time, because I do love it, & it goes beautifully with my New Ashley White TV cabinet 😍

We ordered this couch for around our fireplace. It is exactly what we wanted and was advertised correctly. Love the fact that we can wash everything if needed and change the whole couch to grey if we wanted a different look. It needs a bit of wearing in I believe as it’s relatively firm and not cloud material as yet. The customer service was excellent and used great communication via email and phone. They were so helpful with any questions I had. Point to remember when putting the big cushions in their covers remember to match the two zippers together and when placing the cushion into the cover fold the cushion in half as you slip it inside the cover. Will make your life a whole lot easier. We are super happy with our new couch and would highly recommend Black ... MoreWe ordered this couch for around our fireplace. Hello! We adore our lounge! We bought it specifically so we could wash the covers -being an animal friendly household. Sadly we’ve run into a little problem. We took the covers to the dry cleaners and he refused to process them because of the thin black fabric on the underside of the seat covers. If our dry cleaner won’t wash them what is the next best way to do so??Thanks in advance!
LOVE the look of my cloud sofa. Unfortunately it isn’t as comfortable as I expected. I have been very hesitant to leave a review as I was hoping it was just firm from being brand new. It’s now been approx 5 months and still not very comfortable. Covers are super tight a lot more than our single seater cloud (which is way more comfy in comparison)I would purchase a single again, but wouldn’t purchase another 3 seater.
I bought the two seater and it’s perfect and gorgeous. It is very comfortable, lush to sit on and makes a huge difference to my living room. The material is thick and of high quality. The sofa arrived in two large boxes and in two parts(left side of the sofa and right side of sofa). It came with screw on legs which were easy to put on and I had assembled the sofa in approx 5mins.The service from the black mango team has far exceeded my expectations. They arranged delivery dates according to the day I was moving into my apartment and they were very friendly, helpful and understanding.I definitely recommend this.
The Cloud 2 seat sofa and ottoman are so comfortable. I have been looking for a sofa likes these for a while and these match exactly what I wanted. An added bonus is they aren’t expensive considering the excellent quality! I have the stone linen/cotton slipcovers which look so nice and so far have stood up to the challenges of a 1yr old touching with dirty hands/drooling on it! I would also like to mention that the team at BlackMango are exceptionally friendly, they allowed us to visit their showroom in Adelaide and were so patient with me and my family. I recommend this couch 100x!
I was a bit nervous about purchasing a sofa online without first testing it, especially as there were a couple of not great reviews. However, I couldn't be happier. The couch is so comfy, firm but easy to snuggle into. Friends, family and my cat all think it is terrific. Thank you Black Mango :-) your delivery service was also very quick and efficient. I will be looking to buy a change of cover, so I can do Summer and Winter looks. Highly recommend.
We love our cloud couch. My daughter who is 11 assembled our couch in no time. It is super comfy. The Black Mango team were so helpful with assisting us and nothing was too hard.We also got two chairs and the ottoman - so happy! Our teenagers are hanging out with us now as they love how comfy the chairs and lounge are.
