Mother & I haven't noticed much of a difference. Curmins have come along way & Longvida isn't an optimum delivery system with the top contenders no where near our shores, as usual!

This is one of the very few affordable Curcumin Longvida products available in Australia, and at Chemist Warehouse it's cheaper than anywhere else I've found to stock it.
I have been using for four months now, gaining the benefit of much less joint pain, so easy with one a day.
Happy with this product
I use this twice a day (breakfast & dinner) for lower back and knee pain. This works just as well as Blackmores Curcumin & Boswellia for me (both have the same amount of curcumin).
I've noticed my aches and pains have improved although I am only part way through the bottle. Very happy.
I have some inflammations on my body. After have this tablets, doesn’t take long to reduced the inflammation
