E Blackmores B executive stress formula makes a huge positive difference to my anxiety and feeling of 'wellbeing' I really noticed a big negative effect when I wasn't taking it for a while. If I can afford it I will definitely buy Executive B by Blackmores its the best aid in improving my emotional health. It's as good for the sole as a walk with my rescued ex puppy farm dogs along the beach , lol

Have been taking for a short time so cannot say for sure if it is effective. In the long run it should be calming, depending on the level of stress and the general health of the person taking it.

Best B12 out there, I’ve been taking this one for years with no complaints. I don’t officially have a B12 deficiency but I get low in B12 if I don’t keep up with proper nutrition. Definitely notice when I change to a different one or stop taking it. Also helps so much with mental function. 100% recommend.

I feel like taking this every morning and lunch has helped me be able to function better throughout the day. I am not so quick to get angry and if I feel sad in the morning, it has helped to relieve some of that. By the time evening comes around I feel the stress a little more, but I am not sure how to change that. I think I will continues taking this supplement, and maybe trying something else. Thank you
Purchased product for my nephew who has a bad dose of shingles. He has been through a very stressful 12 mths thus the onset of shingles. Have used executive B myself with very good results so was sure this would help with his nerve pain and restore his immune system. appears to be really helping him
Wouldn't be without this. Works for me, just the right amount of ingredients. I take one in morning & one at lunchtime. I used to put Spirulina in my smoothies, but discovered I needed an extra boost. This does the trick, so have dropped the spirulina for the time being. Felt the effects within a couple of days
This product was recommended to us by a health professional and we tried it in the small size first. Now ordered large size and will keep on this. Offers all the vitamin B one should supplement with for stress and restlessness. I assume it's doing us good and will continue to take. It's handy that you only have to take one tablet a day, then you can forget about it. Perfect.
I have been using this product for maybe just less than a year and I really do feel a change. I have a lot more energy on the days I remember to use the product and feel much calmer on those days also. It has really helped me deal with a lot more stress in a much more manageable way. I don't usually do reviews but this product deserves it. The differance I notice the most is if I run out and dont take it, I go back to an anxious, worried, adrenally fatigued mess. With this product im calmer, can function and focus on my day without worring constantly about other things. I wonder now how I fuction without it, I notice a major decline in my energy levels without it like to the point Im so fatigued I can't move. So, well done blackmores! This product is fantastic!
I wish I'd found these months ago, I had started to suffer from bad anxiety and restless sleep which fluctuated through my cycle. Keeping up with my two wee ones becoming really snappy and irritated alot before I started on these. After 3 weeks on them my anxiety is hardly there and my sleeping is restful. The way respond to my kids is more chilled and feel more in control of life in general. Amazing stuff
