I always take these before pregnancy, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding after baby is born. 2 very healthy babies so far which I'm thankful for. These tablets always keep the folic levels in my body to the optimum level. I like the added Iodine which I believe helps brain development in the baby, and helps maintain balance in my body (especially for thyroid function).

I was taking a different vitamins with iron on my first trimester. The vitamins with iron did not suit me that makes my morning sickness worst. My doctor prescribed this Blackmores I-Folic to replace the old one. When I start taking this vitamins, it makes me feel better.

These tablets always keep the folic levels in my body to the optimum level. Years ago Japanese scientists found that folate was good for the heart muscle so I have been taking this for years after I had my triple bypass.
Minimal requirement for preconception and early pregnancy in a handy small pill.
Just bought these again. Highly recommended by my GP during pregnancy and now whilst breastfeeding (the iodine). Small tablets and so affordable. Great alternative to the more common and expensive brands of vitamins.
Iodine is also essential for pregnancy and pre-pregnancy. Helps to absorb Folate and other vitamins and minerals. Convenient small tablets.
I don't take multi-vitamins as I have deficiencies they can't address and prefer to take only what blood tests indicate I need. When pregnant my doctor recommended I take this product to prevent neural tube defects and ensure adequate iodine intake. I have continued to take this whilst breastfeeding.
For someone with really high iron, it’s so good to find a prenatal that doesn’t contain even more iron in it! This is the only one I can take.
GP advised to have these; not too sure what to expect at this stage.
