I believe it may be helping me. My eyes have been very irritated for many months. I have only been taking this product for a few weeks so far, but they definitely feel better. I will comment again when I'm near the end of the bottle.

I have MD , unfortunately but canβt stomach ( literally ) Zinc or Magnesium , which other vitamins for eye have so I have been taking these for years and they seem to work for me.Of course MD is not curable but !! If these help slow itβs progress itβs good with me.
I use the Blackmores Lutein Defence tablets everyday and my eyes have improved 100 percent and more, I had my eyes tested for driving and I could see the next too bottom line so the Dr thought it was good. Thank you Doug North
Itβs still early days of starting the lutein tablets I have macular degeneration & I was already taking macular plus but found the dosage quite low in them. I found the higher dosage in the lutein tablets. So decided to try. I saw my specialist this week. He said it was a great idea to take lutein as well. My eyes are no worse 9 months later
It appears t be doing a good job of slowing the development of macular degeneration in my eyes. Much the same now as 3 years ago.
Several years back my eye specialist recommended that I take this. Iβve been taking it ever since and my eye condition has not deteriorated in that time! It must be helping!
I have had a semi retinal detachment/tear which was lasered to save the sight successfully. Been taking this as an adjunct to maintaining eye health. Unsure of its efficacy, so middle rating. Have actually switched to a different brand to compare and will add a post comparison review.
