Blackmores Super Magnesium+ contains easily absorbed forms of magnesium (amino acid chelate and citrate) which help relieve muscle cramps and spasms due to low magnesium levels. Have been using this as part of our recovery from Crossfit, I have definitely felt a difference with the way my body has responded as I am recovering quicker and not getting any cramps in my feet and lower legs. Would highly recommend others to use this as part of their recovery!
I have been using the brand of magnesium for about a month and found l have more muscle movement and energy than my old tablets. Only down fall tablets are so big lol
I used to wake up during the night in pain but since taking Blackmores Super Magnesium I’ve noticed a big difference in just a week.
I love that morning stretch but it always ended up with cramps in my legs. That soreness would last most of the day. Magnesium did the trick. I haven't had a leg cramp for many months.
I recently went to a naturopath and started taking magnesium powder (nutregenic brand). It was quite expensive so thought I would try chemist supplements. I did not feel these were effective at all, especially compared to the naturopath recommended one.
