Blackridge Air Gravity-Fed Sand Blast Gun 600mL

The quality of the trigger is less than desirable. Very flimsy and loose which doesn’t suit most applications. The flow of sand is hot and miss depending on the angle of the gun.

Works well, but it is only suitable for small jobs because the 600mL media is used up too quickly. I could not finish off my radiator support panel, but if you have lots of cheap sand or able to recycle the media, it may suit the purpose.

I added this gun to my collection of a cabinet and a large bottle blaster I already have.Works well for small jobs and handy when I have small jobs outside were setting up the other unit is a pain. Great for getting the last bits that are hard to get with a grinder/wire brush. The only gripe is the cost. The same item is on eBay for $26 without Blackridge written on the side. But that is my fault for not researching more and buying on a whim!

I found this very handy for cleaning coke and gasket leftovers when cleaning cylinder heads off a motorbike. Although it's a sand blaster, it worked well with sodium bicarb.
Wish I had stuck with the other reviews, this failed to remove any paint from a motorbike frame.
Biggest waste of time and money I've ever experienced. Do not buy this piece of garbage
Won’t even blast dry flaky pain off! Purchased to sand blast a Webber BBQ but just wastes the sand. I even put my hand in front of it and did not hurt at all.what a waste of $100.00
I actually have not used it yet. But because the sand is gravity feed. Logic tells me that it would use less air than guns that have to draw up the sand. Same as a gravity feed spray gun is more efficient than guns with pots. The only thing I could knock it on is a lack of included different size tips. Also I hope the hopper comes off easy to clean any blockages.
Bought with a degree of skepticism - BUT worked really well, especially when the flow rate was throttled back to 50%. The only real negative is that the same item in USA is US$20 why does it cost 2.5 times more here?
i have used sandblasting guns in the past for restorations and have had no trouble. this gun however just dribbles the substrate out of the nozzle. almost as if it loses pressure as soon as it leaves the gun. i really wouldn't recommend buying this gun as it is a waste of $$
