I bought this primarily for the Dolby Atmos effects. 4K quality is also awesome.
The Cinematography, the story, the ambiance, the score, the sound design, the sets, the practical effects, the blending of CGI and miniatures, everything in this film is just perfect, and nothing can show of how great it is unless you get it on 4K.
This sequel to the 1982 sci-fi classic movie is even better than I hoped for as a fan of the original. I was happy to watch this in 4K BD. It is a beautiful movie with stunning visuals and enormous sets. A true classic from a master director.

The perfect sequel to a movie that really didn't need a sequel. I'm amazed how they actually made this - it's a slow burn, cerebral, nice and long. You see such care, beauty, and attention to detail in every frame. This is no cash grab, and there is no Hollywood rubbish to attract those with short attention spans. Just an incredible experience that sits right up there with the first film.
I've had this for a few months and only got around to watching it last night and I was absolutely blown away. Every single shot and sound was gorgeous and I could not get enough of it.
