Barely lasts a second, sold out brand in tvs using a reputable name... , do not purchase!!!!!Vertical flickering lines initally then nothing.Just over 18 months, rubbish product.1 year warranty, live and learn.

We bought this TV less than 3 months ago. It worked well and then a couple of days ago - no picture or sound; just a power light. Officeworks have taken it back for a 'service assessment' which will take 2-3 weeks. Quite disappointing for the family in the middle of the Olympics.

I was amazed by the price, should have realised. My friend was unfortunate enough to purchase from catch.com and recommended, before her tv downfall.Her and have had I had a disgusting result, it costs more than the tv is worth than to repair, beware, its disgusting value.

I bought this and had it for two months and it died. I then had to have it repaired in store as they wouldnât give a refund 4 weeks later they said it was unable to be repaired and are giving me a refund. I bought it on a whim - did not read the reviews- wish I had. Donât buy this tv!
It'll be a good TV for around 18 months until the screen gives up the ghost, and the 12 month warranty ensures that this issue won't be covered by the manufacturer.The software is pretty unresponsive, not entirely unexpected given the low specs of the CPU, RAM, and storage, so it's probably more suited as a dumb TV setup with a separate media player (Telstra TV, Roku Box, Fetch, XBox, etc.) rather than relying on the Android Smart TV platform provided. It's not unusable, just annoying. But it's an issue you only have to put up with for a year and a half when you have to replace it because the screen has a fit and stops working and you have to replace it, so maybe thats a plus?
This was a fantastic price for this television and the name Blaupunkt has long been known for making the best car accessories for years and this television hasn't disappointed. The picture is crystal clear and set up so easy with the remote having direct access to things like Netflix and You Tube.
I would strongly advise against buying this TV or any other Blaupunkt TVI was happy with the TV at first, only minor issue was that there was a fair lag between pressing buttons on the remote & the TV catching up (particularly the on/ off button)Then after 7 weeks the screen suddenly would not turn on, but sound was still working & the standby light was still coming onI took it back to the store (when they tested it the standby light was no longer working) & they with sent it away for assessment/repair - I'm now without a TV for at least 2 to 3 weeks & have no confidence in the TV even if they repair it given its such a major failure so soon. Very disappointed & wish I had read these reviews before I bought!
Absolute piece of junk. Do not buy. Zero customer support from officeworks and Blaupunkt. Do not waste your money. The screen will give out in Les than 2 years. Will not connect to wifi. BUYER BEWARE
The picture ok for the unit first out of the box was ok, but not great, particularly in daylight.The remote control was laggy and the user interface wasn't that friendly. The sound was terrible and it requires a sound bar to make it useable.I had the unit wall mounted and after 3 weeks of use it started to develop pixilation which rendered the TV unwatchable.I reached out to Office Works who put me in touch with their outsourced warranty company "AYONZ PTY LTD", who claimed the unit had been physically damaged. They determined this by watching a video I took, and not inspecting the unit.What a joke.Never ever buy a Blaupunkt TV and think twice about the poor back up service you are likely to receive from Office Works.
Purchased this 65â smart tv just a few months ago and have enjoyed it without issue. So many features. Partner doesnât think the sound quality is as good as heâd like but seems fine to me. (Have since connected sound bar of same make). Ample inputs. Legs were a little flimsy and unstable for size of tv for my liking so took them off and put it on an adjustable âpedestalâ type stand so the set sits much higher now. Much better all round.
