Actually good vegan protein.

The Chocolate Mylk flavour works very well with other flavours, not too weak or strong lending flexibility. I find it has good texture at least compared to other vegan protein powders, especially if you allow it a few minutes to sit and let things fully hydrate. Must stay cold though. Not too thick or slimy or gritty, mixes well into water, milk, and non-dairy beverages, and isn't overly sweet (looking at you, Vega). I like using it as a meal replacement, espcially for breakfast, but am going to start using it in my oatmeal as well. I'm quite happy with all the flavours I bought, but I was careful to read reviews and watch vids first to make my choice.Overall I will continue to purchase, particularly since its also the most affordable vegan protein available to me ...Ā MoreThe Chocolate Mylk flavour works very well with other flavours, not too weak or strong lending flexibility. I appreciate the minimal ingredients, the quality of the packaging (black bottle will keep it safe from light and degrading faster). I've only had it about a week so cannot comment on results, but hope I can help someone when making a decision with which vegan protein to go with if they are choosing with the same criteria as me.

But persevere and you do get used to it over a couple of weeks. I shake and pour over oats and add blueberries and nut butter. With almond or coconut milk it is quite thick and sludgey so I have to add a bit of water to dilute it down. Not sure I would love to drink this straight from the shaker, as it is too earthy for me as a drink on its own. but blended with fruit/ice or poured over something textured like oats or granola or cereal and it is fine. It’s way ...Ā MoreI have had to stop using Whey Isolate as I am trying to cut out dairy as it is causing some inflammation in my skin.Blessed protein is pretty good, at first I thought it tasted like chocolate flavoured dirt, the texture and graininess and earthy flavour takes some getting used to after years of Whey powder. The cookie crunch has these weird little crunchy balls that go kind of soggy, as first I panicked and thought something foreign and unintentional had ended up in my powder, but then clicked that this was the ā€œcrunchā€ kinda weird and not needed to enjoy cookie flavour.

It’s pea based protein

If you’re not used to pew based proteins and only take whey this will be a very new experience for you. No question whey is and always will be smoother, thinner, and tastier. However if you’re vegan or can’t take whey for digestive reasons, and can’t use rice protein, this is hands down the smoothest and easiest to drink pea protein I’ve had. I’ve got 3 flavours and can also say this is the tastiest vegan chocolate protein I’ve had. Again if you’re not used to vegan especially pea proteins this takes some adjusting but for Canadians especially trying to get solid products here is a nightmare. I’m ordering more flavours to experiment but so far chai, peanut butter chocolate, and chocolate are all fit for purpose and I enjoy them.

I bought the three flavor set to try a few and see if I wanted to switch protein brands. I got vanilla chai, blueberry pie, and cinnamon churros. I love spicy food and chai tea but uff this chai is too much, it has a powerful clove and pepper it makes it almost undrinkable for me. The other two flavors are delicious. It’s nice that they are original flavors and not just basic chocolate or cookies and cream.I’m not usually a plant based protein fan as you can spot them right away because they always have this distinct chalky taste and/or texture. To my surprise, this brand does or at least it is barely noticeable, the yummy flavors help a lot to distract the palette that the texture is nice and creamy rather than being chalky. To my surprise, this brand does or at least it is barely noticeable, the yummy flavors help a lot to distract the palette that the texture is nice and creamy rather than being chalky. The protein powder mixes really well and doesn’t require constant shaking because the particles don’t settle back down to the bottom. The one thing I was a little horrified about when I received the bottles was that they were half empty upon opening. Not like they were tampered with but that the packaging is disproportional to the volume of material. Let’s love the earth and either use small, adequately sized bottle or increase the volume of protein powder that goes into them. Honestly I was super irritated when I opened the first bottle -hence the photo I took- not because of the price to quantity but for the environmental impact. It’s 2022, let’s be more mindful of our plastic usage! While I have not been taking them long enough to know if I am in love just yet since I have not seen the benefits, I can say I have quite happy with the purchase in regards to value and tastes - well besides the vanilla chai. I have been taking it for about a month now. Overall I am super satisfied with my purchase and will definitely return to try other flavors and products. Blessed if you read this, make your packaging more eco-friendly.

My favourite plant-based protein!
8 February 2023

I've spent the last few years trying out so many different plant-based proteins and being disappointed. I can't have any of the typical whey-based proteins so it was a real challenge to find something to supplement my protein goals that also tasted good. When I found EHPlabs' Blessed protein, it changed my life! The Choc Coconut is the perfect amount of chocolatey without being too sweet (or having that icky stevia aftertaste), so I can take it almost daily without getting sick of it. I'm going on almost a year so far and have started trying a few more of the flavours, but keep coming back to this one—I always stock up. Peanut Butter Cups is my second favourite and I usually blend 1/2 scoop of that with 1 scoop of Choc Coconut for a perfect chocolate peanut butter ...Ā MoreI've spent the last few years trying out so many different plant-based proteins and being disappointed. One excellent, one ok, and one not great.
10 May 2023

So far, I have tried 3 flavours of Blessed. I mix my protein powders in plain oatmeal to amp up the protein and flavour levels. The Banana Bread flavour is incredible!! Add in a few slices of banana and chocolate chipits and it is BOMB! Would buy again 100%.The Blueberry Pie flavour is pretty good. Added some blueberries and whip cream on top. Would probably buy it again. The Peanut Butter cups flavour is really not great in oatmeal or on it's own. I don't get much peanut butter or chocolate flavour from it. Kind of chalky. I wouldn't get that one again.

Proats have just become better than ever
11 September 2022

I ordered the salted caramel, the cinnamon churro and the vanilla chai one. Flavor-wise the vanilla is less sweet than expected. Overall I love the salted caramel the most for oats with toppings while the cinnamon churro one tastes great just by itself and maybe with some chocolate. All of them are perfect for adding to yours oats, making them creamy without forming lumps (something that happens with other plant-based proteins). Additionally I love that have a high protein-percentage (no flour or such things added!!). Would definitely recommend the protein for anyone wanting high quality and good flavor. It’s not too intense and still there. Most importantly it doesn’t just taste like artificial sweetener.

Revolting
10 December 2022

Lol at the fact that my previous review was removed instantly šŸ˜‚šŸ’€ goes to show EHP labs reviews can’t be trusted.I’ve had many vegan protein powders however nothing is as revolting as the blueberry pie and churro flavours. Churro is a little more bearable but the blueberry pie is disgusting, after taste is sickening, I would not be able to chug this one as it leaves a gross medicine aftertaste.Texture is not bad at all and it mixes well with almond milk. I just don’t understand how disgusting the flavours are. This was my first time purchasing from EHP labs, I got a bundle consisting of x2 blessed protein and oxyshred. Sad to say that the protein powders were nothing but a waste of money.

The best!!!
26 February 2023

Just the best! Most protein powders make me sick, yet this one doesn’t. I use this in the morning and mix it with my oats and honestly can’t recommend it enough. It gives me the extra protein boost I need as I train 5 days a week.I stick to the same plan and use it 5 days a week, mixed with my oaks as I find it hard to have protein shakes and this is the only protein powder I found to not irritate me and make me feel sick.I brought the bundle and it’s a life changer, saves you so much money and you’re free to add as much protein you like, depending on your goal. The protein intake, macros and quality is fantastic! I’m be of the best protein powders I have used, and I will be buying again after I’ve gone through my bundle pack!

I don't normally write reviews, but then again I don't normally feel like I've thrown $140 in the trash. Brainwashed by those bbl fitness influencers, I purchased the bundle deal with peanut butter cup, caramel, and strawberry milk, and stupidly opened all three, thinking surely one of them would actually taste nice. The taste is beyond disgusting, to the point where I began dreading protein shakes. I've gone through some other negative reviews and it seems as though all this company does to help is suggest different ways of consuming the powder, so let me clarify that I have in fact tried using a blender and plant-based milk. That helps make it almost edible. Speaking of, the texture is also appalling, and the only way it doesn't all clump to the bottom is if you ...Ā MoreI don't normally write reviews, but then again I don't normally feel like I've thrown $140 in the trash. The fact that you can't make this in a shaker by hand like a normal protein powder without half of it becoming mush at the bottom really does say a lot about the quality. Sadly, this company has a horrible returns policy, which is a shame because reading through some of the reviews, there seem to be many others stuck with a heap of this rubbish.
