Whenever I turn my head they cut out for no reason. The right and left one disconnect from eachother and they are impossible to reconnect. The manual doesn't show you how to do it and I have had mine replaced 3 times in the past 2 months because they disconnect from eachother and never reconnect. I've been trying for 2 weeks to reconnect the right side to the left with no luck, honestly about to throw them out. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. If I could give it a 0, I WOULD.

Poor quality for the price. Connected to my phone for about 5 minutes then dropped out. When reconnected, only one ear bud was working. This happened several times despite testing connections. The same happened with my computer. I appreciate they are Australian designed, and the connection “sound” was great, but poor quality overall which is disappointing.

Ive found the battery life is better than I expected for earbuds, and the sound is really crisp and clear(I mostly use for audiobooks). I am impressed by the long bluetooth range as well. I have not experienced disconnecting issues like others.Overall, I like the earbuds a lot, however, the touch controls can get a little annoying i.e. when you brush your hair back and accidentally pause the audio. Also, sometimes they fall out of my ear so I tend not to wear them while working out.

I bought these for my son's birthday. I have only tried them a few times after my son complained and said they were crap and didn't work properly. He couldn't get the right eat bud to work.I looked on BlueAnt website for trouble shooting tips, and only found the operation manual. I followed the instructions and could also only get 1 ear bud to work at a time.I'll persist with resetting and trouble shooting a few more times... and then return them for a refund if they still don't work properly. Even if they're not faulty, it's no good if they are so freaking hard to use.I'll update my review if I have any success.
To be honest, these are in no way audiophile headphones, but that's probably not what people are buying these for.The audio quality is good. Sound profile is bass-heavy, but pretty good detail overall.Build quality is also very good, the case feels solid and isn't overly chunky, and the buds snap satisfyingly into the case.Microphone is better than average for true wireless buds. These things are LOUD. Playing Spotify from my phone, I can comfortably keep the volume below half and have a pleasant listening experience.
I really enjoy these earphones, they're light, passively block out sound and their battery lasts quite a long time. However, I may return mine because they have some issues. Every now and then my music will cut out for a couple of seconds, and I'm not really sure why, but it's super annoying. There's also the fact that you can only pair it with 1 device at a time and when I try to unpair it they turn off instead, as trying to use the "buttons" )not buttons at all just touch sensitive sides) is super finnicky and annoying as there's no feedback to what you're doing.TLDR: Good earphones but held back by issues.
For the price, these IEMs have impressive deep base, coupled together with amazing clarity through the mids and highs. Very impressed. The only downside is while using them for phone calls, I could hear the conversation clearly enough, but the person on the other end says I was a bit distorted. If your main purpose is listening to music, you can't go wrong. You may need a few hours of listening time for them to break in.
Look I know there cheap. But after over 2 hours trying to pair I’ve given up. When I could Bluetooth to my iPhone it would only play through one. Frustrating to use, cheap and useless ! Pay an extra few dollars and get something decent
PROS:- Good battery life. Been using it for 5 days for about 2-3 hours per day and the case is still at 75%, probably nearing 50%.- Good placement of touch controls so when you adjust and move it you won't hit them accidently.- Good audio quality and range. Covers mids and highs with a bit more of an emphasis on bass. Perfect for podcasts.- Very light and comfortable to wear.- Australian designed (but not made) for those who want to support the aussie audio market.CONS:- Very loud. The lowest settings (and two/three clicks up) should be loud enough for most people. Be careful when you first pair them as they automatically set the volume to 100%. Adjust the volume on the buds and device to the lowest settings when first pairing before putting them in ... MorePROS:- Good battery life. Has only happened twice so far for very brief moments.Overall they are a very good set of wireless earbuds for the price. Would recommended to anyone looking for a good budget set of wireless buds.
I've had these earphones for 2 weeks and they're absolutely horribe. They've only connected once and dropped our shortly after. I have spent in total, hours of my time trying to get them to connect. Huge waste of money.
