I had hired a Boba Bliss form my local carrier library to try out and it was great for this stage with my daughter so purchased from TSS. Very comfy to wear, able to sit down without buckles digging into my back or side. The videos showing how to use for small newborns were handy too

Since purchasing this wrap, I've seen other reviews online that talk about the strong chemical smell. I don't feel very safe using it for my newborn. It still smells of chemicals after washing. I also find the straps very tight and difficult to adjust. I bought this because I thought it would be more convenient than tying my standard boba, but I actually prefer the other one.

I have 7 different carriers, from a K’Tan to slings, and a more off-road one designed for heavier bubs on a hike. The boba bliss is like a hybrid version of a wrap and a traditional buckle carrier. The fabric is wonderfully soft with decent stretch whilst the buckles mean there’s far less faff. No struggling with 5 metres of origami while your baby is crying. This is very easy to use, and carries the under 8kg baby very well. Over 6kg and it starts to feel a bit less secure, in part because by that time bub is often trying to stand rather than sit in a parent facing position. I also have a mini monkeys mini sling and a hip seat and I use these for my 6-month old every day. If you have a newborn I can highly recommend the Bliss. The pull down tabs alone make this worth the money as they ensure you’re not constantly having to pull fabric away from your baby’s face (unlike the K’Tan and other products like it). I have the sage and the posy colours and particularly love the posy. So cute. If I were to advise anyone on a carrier I would say get the boba bliss to start then grab a mini monkey as bub gets bigger/stronger yet still wants to be your conjoined twin. Later on once bub is heavier and you want to get hiking, invest in something like the MiaMily hipster. That’s also fantastic.

Used it from newborn stage, and it's excellent. Soft and gentle on his skin, but still supportive. Comfortable to wear too. Easy to put on, you don't need another person to help. He falls asleep in it almost every time, and then I have both hands free.
Very nice soft material. Feels like you are feeling a wrap style carrier with out having the admin of having to tie it. The only downfall for me is I find the straps quite hard to tighten on my own and they ride up my back. But once it is fitted correctly it is very comfortable. My baby falls asleep with in seconds of being in it.
Absolute game changer getting our newborn to have naps during the day or for when we need to be out and about without the pram. The fit and comfort of this carrier is awesome. So easy to use. Fits myself and husband nicely and easy to adjust the size. Soft material fabric! Love.
Haven’t had a chance to use it yet cause still waiting for baby. Have tried it with a doll and it seems to be easy to put on and super comfortable. Really well made as well! Super happy! I also have a ergobaby omni 360 which I used with my previous two that I liked but I found that bulky especially for a new born baby so I’m happy to have found something light and easy to use for the first few months with baby 3 😊
Love my boba bliss! Especially when my son is being really fussy in the mornings and I just need to get stuff done. Also used it at two weddings this month as well so handy having hands free
After reading all the reviews and trying it with toy in store, we bought this with confidence before our baby arrived and looked forward wearing it for his early days to create more skin to skin interactions. However, lessons learnt fast that the big difference between a baby and a toy is newborn's head will fall over without a strong support from back of neck, while a toy's head and neck always stays on aligned. Also newborn would be too short to sit up for his head to get enough breathing space. Third point is the bottom sitting fabric is too wide for nb and basically half of his legs are tucked in and can't come out. Have tried a few attempts with my baby, and he always became irritated and ended up crying so we stopped using it. I am very happy with my Boba Bliss already. I opted for this carrier as it a great mix between structured with buckled and gentle with the fabric. The material is extremely soft and I can imagine our bubs loving being carried and giving me the freedom of being hands free. We haven’t had our child yet but looking forward to trying it out.
