I realized how desperate I was to have a solid carrier when I woke up one morning, went to make my normal peanut butter toast breakfast and couldn’t because I had a child in my arms (you try making peanut butter toast with a baby in YOUR arms). This is the third baby carrier I've purchased and I've finally found the best one for me. Only wish I'd bought this one first. It's so easy to wear and adjust straps when needed. I didn't even need to look at the instruction manual. There are video tutorials which show you how to wear as front carry or back carry position and it's really simple and quick to do. Highly recommend for any mums new to babywearing!

Cannot rave about this enough! The carrier is amazing, so comfortable and not too bulky like others, and so easy to adjust to get a safe and suitable fit for my tiny bub. It's fantastic that this carrier can fit newborns without the requirement for an insert! The micro adjustment system is very clever and the hood pocket is perfectly positioned for neck support. The shoulder and hip straps have just the right amount of padding, it's easy to put on and off by yourself and easy to adjust for myself and my husband to both wear it despite different body shapes! It's an excellent hardwearing fabric and is really easy to wash or spot clean. My only regret is not buying two, so that when it gets spit up on or peed on we have a spare!!! I have to say, I'm really impressed at the ease of adjustability, and the huge range of sizes it fits. My baby, who is now 6 months, fits perfectly and it has easily grown with her. Whilst I wouldn't wear him a lot in this, it was surprisingly comfortable when I did need to, and provided a good deep seat despite it not being knee to knee. But once you understand what each strap does, it's actually pretty revolutionary.My only complaint is that the chest clip slider is really easy to slide, and I found it slipping up often (especially when breastfeeding), so found myself having to tug at them a lot to keep them down at a comfortable level. Not a deal breaker though.All in all, the Boba X is better than just good - it's an excellent carrier. Well thought out and easily adjustable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

We've been using the Boba X with our 12 month old for the last month and it has been a lifesaver.This is probably the only carrier that my partner (who is 6'4") and I (5'7") both find super comfortable, and has become our go-to that we never leave home without.The material is super soft, more like a wrap than some of the stiffer canvas type cotton found on other carriers. The straps are nicely padded - not too bulky but enough so that you don't get any bits digging in anywhere. The bag clip on the shoulder is genius.I'm not sure how the carrier would fit with a tiny newborn, as even on the narrowest setting I don't think our son would have fit in it until he was perhaps 8 weeks old.Our son is now almost 12kg at 12 months so on the chunky side and tends to wriggle and whinge when facing in in our other carrier, but was happy in the Boba. The combination of the soft fabric and the extra leg padding seems to be a winner. The hood can be a little annoying/bulky for bigger toddlers when it's rolled up in its pocket but that's easily fixed by just unzipping it or taking it off completely.The addition of toddler width adjusters mean that we will get a lot of wear out of this for at least a couple of years to come too.
I have the cosmos print, which is gorgeous. This carrier is really easy to use; as easy as doing up two buckles and adjusting the shoulder straps. I love the fact that it can be used from baby's weight of 3.2kgs upwards, simply by adjusting the width using the velcro on the inside of the waistband. Baby loves being worn and I love having baby so close to me. A great carrier for both front (from birth) and back wearing (6 months+). The pockets are a great bonus, as is the handbag strap. I particularly love the hood which keeps the sun off baby's head.

What I really find great is that you can adjust the seated oart of the carrier so easily and to fit your baby. Many of the other carriers I have had, has been hard to change and only allows for 2 different modes (forward facing and inward facing modes), which I never really felt worked that great as your baby grew to get the vest M shape. I have a 9 week old baby and this carrier has been great. I used a stretch wrap for my first 2 kids but with a heavier 3rd baby I find this really good.
