The heat setting is fairly minimal - you don’t really feel it through any clothing.The rotating nodules get in deep to muscles (don't put it with too much weight compressing on bone though)It's compact size lets you adjust the position to suit your needs.Sitting on a chair for my back. Laying on my back with it positioned partly under my thighs and knees - this even releases tension in my feet.Does have a 20 minute internal timer. You can use it repeatedly without heat.

This massager has clear pros and cons.Firstly, it's fantastic for getting into any nook and cranny that is required. Elbows, forearms, shins, just everywhere. The heat function is great. It's not heavy but it's very well made in terms of look. Pretty good functions although more would be better.The only main problem is something another reviewer has mentioned. The adapter part that connects with the actual unit pops out constantly. I have no idea why they didn't add some kind of fastener.Otherwise, I love this thing. Highly recommended. Myer was very slow to actually post this out though. It was processing for well over a week.

This is not portable as it only works while plugged into a wall outlet. The massage is very good, and it heats up very nicely, but the box they've displayed in the image is actually incorrect, which is pretty disappointing. If you're looking for one based on its portability, this may not be the ideal solution for you.
It’s quite good. Just place it in different positions on your back. If you relax back into it the firmer it feels. The heat setting works well too.
Great little massage machine. I find it’s good for my back & feet but it’s really awkward when trying to massage my shoulders and doesn’t get in the right spot. I also wish the cord was longer cause I have to sit close to the electrical socket to plug it in and the cord detaches really easily when I’m moving the massage machine around different areas of my back.
I bought this for my mother for Mother's Day, as she has been getting fatigued. With the pandemic, she hasn't wanted to go and get massages as she is vulnerable to infection. She tried it out the night I got it for her, and said that it was amazing. I ended up getting one for my partner and I and we both love it. It's a bit tender using it the first time, almost how it is after not having a massage for a while, but after that it feels great and is so relaxing. It's pretty versatile and can be used almost anywhere on the body. The only thing I will say is that the cable unplugs quite easily. I'm not sure if this is a safety feature, but it can be annoying.
All the nodules are good and it’s comfortable to use on your lower back sitting up but it lacks versatility in use because it is shaped for the lumbar. Quite heavy and bulky, I wouldn’t call it “portable” so much. Also the cord disconnects very very easily, which I’ve found annoying.
Doesn’t run on battery. Needs to be connected to a power point or auxiliary. A strong massage and great for getting knots out of the back with the option for heat as well. For me this massager isn’t a soft massage but I’m ok with that.
I've had a few portable massages in the past but this one is the best quality so far. It's sturdy enough to provide a good, deep massage. The heating function is also great in providing relief to aching muscles. Great product.
