Being low in iron, my mum initially bought these for me a while ago and I was extremely surprised that immediently after having one I literally felt energised. Of course I bought them again from CW and will continue to buy them. I find the convenient sachet format allow me to keep one in my hand bag for when ever I haven't forgotten to take my iron supplement in the morning and I'm feeling low.

Very effective iron supplement. I noticed a difference in my energy levels immediately. And no constipation to follow, as is usually the case with other brands.
Good quality liquid iron, but single portions are too small
I am very happy with this product. I have more energy and a general feeling of well being since I have been taking it and its only been a month. The taste is fine and I have recommended it to a family member already. I will keep taking it.
