Body Glide For Her Balm - 22g

I’ve tried both the body and the for her sticks. I gave them both an earnest shot, and feel after a year I can give my honest take on this product. This does absolutely nothing. The product itself does not “glide” on whatsoever. It will do more harm than good to apply this straight away because it drags the skin and can cause more irritation. I would hold it against my skin for a few minutes before applying for a smoother application. Even doing that didn’t heat up the product enough to glide it on. I felt that the residue it left behind was tacky instead of smooth. It ultimately caused more friction and the need to reapply frequently. I have sensitive skin and found this surprisingly irritating, especially on my thighs. I think it caused a lot of irritation, especially in areas I shave, and made my ingrowns heal much slower and caused some clogging. Unfortunately a hard pass for me, I’ve since moved on now that I’ve used up all the product. I’d highly recommend skipping this product, because there are better ones out there.

This product works super well! I have tried several different products to help with chaffing and this one works better than any other. After just one use the chafing almost completely stops and feels so much better. For most times I’ve only had to use this product once and problem solved! If you have problems with chafing this is the product for you. I will never buy anything but this for chafing ever again.

10k approved!

This has got to be a runners must have! I have never been able to run in anything other than leggings or long bike shorts due to chaffing. I finally gave this a try and was able to run in 5” inseam running shorts. No chaffing at all! So far it’s held up for running 10k in 75F degree weather. I’m a pretty sweaty person so I was initially worried it wouldn’t hold up. I’m so happy I found this!!!!!! Such a game changer.

Everyone should have this on hanf

Something everyone should keep on hand. My husband and I both use this during summer, and it’s saved so many trips. Super easy to use and comfortable. That said, I can’t see any difference between the men’s and women’s versions. Both work well and are the same price, so it seems like it’s just a colour preference.

Game Changer

This really is The Best stick for chaffing. WHY? Because it really lasts, it’s small enough to carry in a small purse for hours of being out and about (and dancing hehe), and it is NOT OILY; which unlike another brand I used was oil based - I guess - and would transfer onto my clothes when I would sit, therefore creating a very awkward stain from behind. MUST BUY

Glide did not glide on

I purchased body glide specifically for my feet and ankles for a long hike in hiking boots. I normally use petroleum jelly. I liked the idea of a coconut oil based easy to apply lubricant. I was disappointed by the dryness of the stick and how long it took to 'warm up' so it could be easily applied. It flaked and broke and needed to be rubbed in by my hands thus defeating the reason I purchased it in the first place. In terms of preventing chafing or blisters it also was not very good. I won't purchase this again.

It really works!

This stuff actually works. I was pleasantly surprised and at how well it help. I started a new job and have to wear business casual clothing and my button downs have been rubbing my neck raw, but ever since I’ve been using this, my neck has healed and stopped chafing. There’s no smell but it does show up on my black button down shirts around the collar if I use too much. I definitely recommend this!!

Just not for me

I agree with these 1 to 2 star ratings, at least when it comes to the fact it really doesn’t work. I used this in my bikini area to avoid excess sweating. However, In less than 20 I was wet and sticky. I also feel like “Moisturized and keeping sweat free” can’t be in the same sentence! I feel like whatever DID apply (which didn’t look like anything) melted and made me MORE moist down there. I ended up just wiping it off to get that wet feel off and used starch baby powder. Monistat did a better job than this over priced thing. With all that being said, I will not be repurchasing and don’t recommend it. You are better off with monistat or something else.

Life Changing Product!

This is life changing! For years I’ve been dealing with sweat and friction under my chest area. I would try many different moisturizers but none worked. I’ve been using this three times a day for the past couple of days…. And the redness is clearing up! I’m no longer itchy or in pain in that area. This also works on multiple areas of the body. I also use it when my inner thighs start chafing. It really does work! It’s pricey for such a small product. But it works and that’s all that matters. I will be buying and recommending this product in the future!

Made It Worse

Just plain doesn't work. If anything it made the chub rub even worse. I used this on my thighs and still got a horrible rash and felt worse than if I would've just used deodorant. Also a very small container for a higher priced product that simply doesn't do what it says it does.
