Overview BodyCare Nutrition Vitality was formulated to address symptoms of menopause. Vitality offers you a more holistic, lifestyle approach. As you transition through menopause, it is recommended you eat a diet low in carbohydrates, saturated fat, sugar and sodium. Food should contain protein, fibre, calcium, iron and vitamin D. Low GI Vitality is a very low calorie, low carb health shake. It is low in saturated fat, sugar and sodium. Vitality contains phytoestrogens with Isoflavones, protein, essential amino acids, prebiotic fibre and vitamins and minerals including vitamin D, calcium and iron. Directions Consume Vitality as part of a low calorie or low carbohydrate (low GI) diet. Drink 30 gram serves (1 heaped scoop to 200mL of chilled, refrigerated water) twice daily. This can be with main meals or as a between meal snack, depending on when you feel hungry. If you find yourself craving food at night, consume Vitality late afternoon/early evening.
