This cooler should not be sold anywhere. It is very noisy. Cooling temp is not as good as others and it’s ugly! It was returned immediately after testing. NOT recommended.

Bought this because we expected good quality for the brand and price but are extremely disappointed. The air flow is only enough if you are in front of the cooler and the “ice chamber” is merely the fold out flap that you open to pour the water into. It holds little ice and basically does nothing. A $15 pedestal fan would work just as well.
If you are expecting similar effect to the evaporative cooling system in your house, you will be disappointed. It is nothing more than a normal fan on a hot day. You can only put ice on the little angled tray and let it melt into the water tank. You can't put ice into the water tank.
No ice holder, filling is a little sketchy (but does work), draining the tank for refill is not easy, wheels too small to move well on carpet. Build quality is marginal, but ok for the price. Manual direction control vane doesn't move without deforming vane. Otherwise does cool a medium size room ok, well enough goven the price.
Far better than a fan, and much cheaper than portable air conditioner. Cools down nicely, with 3 speeds.
Works well to cool a large area for me (kitchen, dining alcove, lounge) even on humid days where swamp coolers are supposedly not ideal. Best option for me as I can't vent windows, needed for portable AC. I can think of possible improvements e.g. lower-speed or intermittent fan mode, and it is a little louder than a simple box fan, but overall very satisfied.
My cooling just died so need something for lounge room and it’s very good. Lowest speed is enough to keep cool. One bad point - I don’t know how you’d fit ice into the water tank, even though it’s a feature.
This item has been packaged wrong. It only takes 12 litres of water and not 22 like it states and it is more expensive. We took it back and got refund as noone could help us
