Purchasing from Myer online WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I have had purchasing online. I was not notified that the 2 pairs of mens trunks I ordered would be posted separately. Before waiting 7 days for the next pairs to arrive, I called the Myer to customer service to get an understanding of where my order was at. I sat on hold for up to 2 hours at a time over three days. I finally reached a customer service officer who then advised me that she 'couldn't give me the tracking information on my package' or even advise whether my order had been shipped via two separate packages because I had placed my order in the name of my partner (who the trunks were for as a Christmas gift). I went shopping for underwear at Myers and found these mens underwear to be very comfortable so I bought three pairs. They were $20 each. Then I found the same underwear online for $18 for 3 pairs. Same quality, same store, except they were bought online. Saved over $40 for 3 pairs, plus free delivery! I will buy my underwear online from now on. Very happy with my purchase!!!!
Excellent undies, nothing to complain about. Used click and collect to buy these. When I collected them and left I noticed the colours weren't the same as the pack. Was fine so I didn't think it was worth going back to try and change them.
