These may be helpful for those who aren't already in shape, but for me, they didn't do much. I just wanted to smooth/flatten the mummy tummy a bit, but felt these didn't have much oomf and there wasn't much difference with them on vs off. That said, they are well made and a nice piece of underwear (they're not too dowdy), but they just don't do enough for me to consider them value for money for me personally.
It's hard to find shapers 100%cotton bonds in the store, but online its really easy . Beige for summer, black for winter. Too easy online shopping.

I wish these came in a lighter shade of beige as I would get them! They are exactly what I was looking for - something to hold in my tummy that isn’t restrictive like shapewear can be.I purchased these to go under a blue and white dress and the beige does seem a bit dark, a lighter pink colour would be better.
