Mattress is fine but Boori service and return policy is unbelievable. I accidentally purchased the wrong mattress and needed a slightly different size. They do not allow you to exchange even when the mattress hadn’t been opened. They only provide 20% return so no matter what, I would be out of pocket. Also expected me to pay shipping for the original mattress, for shipping return and for the new mattress. At $10 each I would pay $30 just for shipping loose 80% of the original price and pay for the new mattress. So crazy.
