Honestly in love with this retinol. It's hydrating and absorbs quickly. Most importantly, I have definitely noticed improved skin texture and improvement in my super stubborn hormonal blemishes! This is pretty incredible considering I have tried close to everything topical for hormonal acne. I have sensitive skin and always layer moisteriser over the retinol so I haven't had any issues with sensitivity either. Great price, amazing product.

I bought this 30 millilitres bottle of serum fromBig W. At under thirty dollars, it is a bargain. I like the yellow custard like consistency of this nighttime serum. I use around four drops per time. One for the forehead, one for each cheek and the final one for the neck. The glass dropper makes for an easy, mess free application onto my face and neck. I cleanse my face before and then apply my nighttime serum. As this is an easily absorbed serum, I can apply a thicker nighttime moisturiser to my face and décolletage.

The consistency is watery and very light weight and it smooths over and absorbs nicely into my skin, I would only use a couple of drops each night as I found a little goes a long way.I found the serum to be quite soothing on my face plus having it kept in the fridge it was not only soothing but nice and cool aswell. This is a great serum for those who want to incorporate retinol into their routine! Best of all is that it does not cause any dryness, irritation or sensitivity. The serum comes in a glass bottle and it's dispensed through a dropper. I use a couple of drops for my whole face right before bed. It's hydrating and if you use a small amount it will absorb into your skin much easier than putting too much on. After using it for several weeks I noticed that my skin felt much smoother than before. My pigmentation was also starting to decrease and become less noticeable. If you do wear it in the day make sure to wear SPF with it as well as it can make your skin sensitive in the sunlight.
A nice addition to my serum collection. I hadn't used a retinol in quite some time but was looking to bring one back into my skincare routine. I had hears a but about boost lad and wanted to try.It comes in a really nice glass bottle (feels like good quality) with a handy doppler to dispense the serum. I use this once or sometimes twice a week in the PM as part of my routine. It has a nice mild scent and the serum is a lovely consistency.A little goes a long way as it smooths over really nicely. It isn't drying and I haven't had any reaction to it. I also feel like my skin is looking quite nice lately.

Also feel that is plumper a bit too. I did stop using acids in this month while trying the serum. Usually my skin would become bumpy and rough. I was an avid user of The Ordinary Granactive Retinoid 2% for awhile. As I was desperate for a serum and saw that Boost Lab is Aussie made, I thought I'd give it a go! Boy, was I impressed! The Boost Lab Serums are high quality products and affordable prices. The shipping is super fast so always convenient to order and get your hands on them in time before you run out. It comes in a dropper glass bottle which now adorns my beauty cabinet. I loved it so much that I've bought pretty much every product offered by Boost Lab. This is my favourite product so far!
I cannot talk fully yet on the product's effectiveness as retinol takes 3-6 months before benefits are observed. But I am rating this a 5 already as it is gentle enough for beginners like me. I have dry acne-prone skin, and so far, my skincare which now involves gentle cleansers, sunscreens, moisturizer with niacinamide, once-a-week BHA exfoliant and once a week of this serum is working well. I started a once-a-week routine and sandwiched it between two moisturizer applications at night. I only used a pea-sized amount of this serum and lots of sunscreen during the day. I keep my bottle in the fridge to keep it away from light and heat.
A beautiful serum to revitalise and rejuvenate your skin as it ages - probably particularly good for a mature skin. I loved the texture and consistency though it was reasonably runny. Easy to use and apply at night as part of your skin care routine. My skin felt fresh and hydrated upon waking.
