Two major problems.The instruction book very hard to follow. Eg it would be lovely if they gave examples eg scones. with specific instructions. , leg of lamb, sponges. Etc.Control knobs .Hard to see if you are not young with perfect eyesightWould have loved the easy cleaning function (pyrotechnic)on this model & would have been happy to pay a little bit extra on the oven , for it. However this option was not available.Overall I think I made a good choice.

Even though the item came very well packaged, it arrived with a large deep dent in the side so I was clearly not happy about that. It appears to work as intended but who knows for how long. I kept the oven packaged in the same spot where the delivery people left it until the installation work on my kitchen (required to install it), had been done and the oven was in a different room during this work. Clearly it arrived damaged which only was noticed when packaging was removed and the feet were attached. The damage was identified only after the 2 trades people (electrician and plumber /gas fitter ) had done the installation work so I will now have to pay the same trades to disconnect it and reinstall a new oven. So I'm not happy at all with Applicances online and Bosch.

Absolutely love my new stove. Replaced it with a 18yrs old Lelongi and was nervous to try "something new". However I had other Bosch appliances previously and was happy with it.I feel it cooks quicker, is easy to clean and the oven bakes three loaves of bread with ease in one baking session. They all come out the same. Something I did not experience from my previous stove.The manual is easy to understand and contains clear, concise instructions. I bought the extended warranty and feels this stove will give me many years beyond the 5 yrs warranty. I am very pleased with my choice.

Excellent performance, you can really tell why this product is stand out from peers. Its dual fuel operated, meaning gas cooktop and electric oven. very easy to clean. Loved it
Purchased an expensive Bosch oven as I wanted a high quality product as we do a lot of cooking/baking. The oven is excellent but the gas burners all burn so low that we can't boil anything. Bosch sent out an appliance person to inspect and they advised there was nothing wrong with the appliance but it might be something to do with the gas supply. I'm still waiting on a second gas expert to come and inspect. About to call Bosch again and report this issue. Do not buy if you want a hot gas top!

Great Oven when we first got it , Our one is just over a year old, and we are starting to notice it's getting harder to clean the inside as now food is sticking to the inside lining. The gas Hob is very fast, but we have also noticed that the right front burner is starting to have a few issues. Easy to clean model, and I do recommend this oven and gas hob combo.
Given the constraints of our kitchen design we had limited choice of stove. How glad we are that this was one of the possibilities! Everything about it is a vast improvement on our previous (much more expensive and not very old) one. We keep being surprised when things cook the way they should, in the time they should and with minimum fuss - perfect oven baked chips, roasts, cakes and so on. The stove is similarly impressive, the gas and heat being easy to adjust and control. Our only very minor niggle is that the drawer under the stove doesn't have a back to it. Seems a shame to have compromised of something so little when everything else it great.Still, we are delighted.
Good stove, with some good features and a couple of design faults. In 2 years of daily use, the stove has done everything I've asked of it. The gas hobs are a good size. I.e the flames heat up the bottom of the pot, and don't roar up the sides like some stoves. The oven roasts and bakes as intended. Two small issues: first, the oven is airtight, which I guess improves efficiency. The downside is that when you open the oven door to check your cake or roast, you get a blast of hot, damp air in your face. Every time. The second design issue is that the storage drawer below the oven sticks out slightly and catches all crumbs and drips that fall from the oven. Overall though, this stove is worth the price.
We bought this appliance a few years ago and have regretted it ever since. It had a known issue with the switches which was fixed under warranty but is still an issue. We can only use one element at a time, and it shuts down all the time. The oven works well but is hard to clean. Avoid!
