Very happy with the 4 year old Bosch Series 6 at home & very happy replacing an old dishwasher at our holiday house with the latest Series 6. It has maintained the excellent basket design which includes a separate cutlery tray at the top. Performance is excellent & it is extremely quiet. Semi integrated with the front panel matching the adjacent cupboards, it blends in seamlessly. Installation by myself & a friend was straightforward using the comprehensive instructions.

Amazing dishwasher, soo silent you think you didn't push the start button. Excellent build quailty throughout. You can certinaly tell the differenace when you open and load the machine. Heaps of great features, favourite is the baking rack cleaning. Home connect App is easy to use. Very happy with the machine, recommeding this product.

The appliance is well made and easy to use. Whilst we found there was ample space, it was not as well laid out as the Miele dishwasher we had previously. You can't stack large plates on the bottom and wine glasses in the middle shelf without removing the top cutlery tray. You can adjust the middle tray up or down but then the plates don't fit. Also, the spacings in the raking are tight for bowls and plates. when wider spacing would have made it easier to stack items in. in conclusion a good well made appliance but not as good as the Miele, with poor internal layout design, could have been more user-friendly.

Bought this at short notice to replace my broken down dishwasher. Cleans better and is much quieter than my old machine. Very happy with quality and great value. Still getting used to using internal rack space, but can fit our large plates and drink bottles by adjusting top rack to suit. Overall very happy with look and quality of this dishwasher.
It's early days with our new series 6 semi integrated dishwasher but we are happy so far. It's been very easy to install, set up and use. It's a big improvement on our old dishwasher and suits our family of 5 really well. Only negative so far is that the door is firm to open and anyone with dexterity or hand/wrist strength concerns may struggle to open the door. I also don't like that the door won't stay open unless the bottom drawer is pulled out - suggestions for future improvement :)
My first Bosch dishwasher was 40 years ago & only replaced when renovating the kitchen. I have two Bosch Series 6 dishwashers - one at home & the other at our weekender. The semi-integrated mode with a panel matching the adjacent cupboards looks very stylish. Really good rack design allows easy & efficient loading with a wide choice of programs provides optimal dishwashing & whisper quiet performance.
I got this to replace an older model of the same range, so I could be pretty sure it would fit OK and the panel that goes on the front (semi integrated) could be reused. The old one started having issues and it was unclear whether the expensive repairs would actually fix the issue. The new one, like the old one, is really nice and quiet and does a good job. It's not cheap, but it is well made and I hope it lasts as long as the last. The one downside is that it is incapable of drying the dishes after a cycle - the moisture has no way to get out unless you prop the door open somehow (I use a Duplo brick!), so if you don't do that then everything is cold and wet when you pull it out.
The new dishwasher was purchased to replace an older (other) model which was beyond economic repair. We researched the products available from a number of different resellers, but having had outstanding service and reliability from our existing Bosch products, we needed to look no further. The dishwasher performs brilliantly and is whisper quiet - I did not realize that it was even in operation standing a metre away! Very flexible internals are well suited to our lifestyle with ample adjustable space for the aftermath of large dinner parties. The semi-integrated panel matches our kitchen. We could not have chosen a better product.

And here's the Pros and Cons. *Even though it is claimed being quiet, new machine is louder than 10 yr old Series 2. *Even with Extra Dry option turned on, plates and glasswares are not completely dried. There is almost 0.3cm gap in depth under metal control area to the surface of the cabinet panel which potentially can caused damage if the water get in from the from. After all, dishwashers are likely to be placed under the wet kitchen sink. Pros *Top cutleries are nice addition. It was easier than I thought to put in spoons and forks of all shapes and sizes. That allows the cutlery basket that sits at the bottom drawer to be removed, allowed bigger access space for pots/pans and more plates. *Bing Lee installation technicians were professional and friendly. They did a good job. Verdict #I would recommend to try other brands. It is a shame that Bosch slipped in quality as these are not cheap machines. My household is entirely Bosch up to this point and I'm prepared to switch brand once these machines die.
I'm very disappointed in this dishwasher. No matter which setting I try (including 'extra dry'), the dishes and cutlery are never fully dry. Thus my cutlery neeeds manual drying to remove water stains. The clips holding the racks into an upright position are wonky and pop out all the time. I've given up trying to secure them back in place. I've had many dishwashers of varying price points who have performed significantly better than this one. The only good thing about it is that it's quiet.
