As always, excellent service from Appliances Online and the installation team. The cooktop is a replacement and fits easily into the stone benchtop without cutting. It is easy to use and cooks extremely well for the price.The downside is the stainless steel is not strong quality and scratched on the 1st use. This is my 3rd stainlesss steel gas cooktop and I've never had a problem before. The dials are flimsy but adequate.

This is a good basic stovetop but it’s not great. Build quality is better than some but front right burner (often used due to placement is underpowered. The left front burner is almost impossible to light. It just goes out! All on all should have done more homework.

I received delivery and checked the cook top as advised. The box containing it was in good condition. I opened the box and found the product secure in thick polystyrene and wrapped tightly in heat sealed thick plastic. Everything looked good. I could see some parts through the plastic.When the plumber arrived to fit the cook top I completely unpacked it and found a dent central in the front where it rests on the bench.To expensive to return the cook top and pay the plumber now and then again later and live without being able to cook.

The right hand burner works at minimum power only and if all the other burners are off! I can’t use two burners at the time at maximum power, forget about all working all together! I replaced an old Smeg and everything was working perfect as far as the pressure gas to all the burners. Bosch is a disappointment so far. Hope it will be fixed soon.
Really enjoying this cooktop. Sturdy trivets. Quick ignition. Easy to clean. My only disappointment is with the black covers over each burner. After very first use, which was only boiling a pan of water to cook eggs, one went spotty. The others have all done it too. Dark discolouration. Otherwise can’t fault it.
Nice solid cooktop to replace our 10 year old one. Cannot complain about the price. The free wok stand is nice and sold. Little disappointed with the flimsy feeling control switches.I had booked the installation by Appliances Online but because the height from cooktop to hood was then legal 60cm and not the current legal 65, they could not carry it out. Something to consider before you choose to replace your cooktop.
This is my first time using a gas cooktop so i have little to compare it to. However, I am pleasently surprised with how this product functions. The temperature is so easy to control and the overall look of the product is exactly what i was looking for. It is simple to use and I have found i am cooking more and better meals purely due to this product being a joy to use. I would highly recommend!
We had an older model of this cooktop for about 22 years and were very happy with it. When that one finally died we bought the same thing again. The newer version is much easier to keep clean as the design is very simple. We are particularly happy with the sturdy frame which supports the pots. We particularly chose this model because the frame is stronger than the slightly cheaper version. It's fantastic and well worth the extra money. There is also a special ring that sits on top when you're wok cooking which is great. Our wok used to slide around very precariously but sits comfortably and is very stable on this model. You can comfortably use all four burners at once and they heat up well. We cook a lot and we can't fault this product.
