I purchased this washer 5 weeks ago and am loving it. The iDos feature is fantastic, no more measuring out washing detergent for each wash, just fill and forget (for a while anyway). All the clothes, sheets and towels come out smelling clean and fresh (even my husbands smelly work clothes) and using the time saving setting, a full load is finished in just one hour. If you wash with cold water all the time, like I do, you get a reminder to do a "drum clean" or hot wash about every couple of weeks. The quick 15 minute wash for a small load is awesome! Oh and did I mention SILENT operation?? WOW, once it has filled with water, the actual "wash" cycle is just the sound of sloshing water and clothes - no motor noise at all. Thanks Bosch for a great product.

I have had this washer for about 4 months now and it is honestly the best washing machine I have ever owned. The I-Dos system works so well I no longer use the extra-strength liquid detergent but regular strength. I also used to need to put a scoop of Napisan in every light wash with my two young children. No more with this Bosch washing machine. The wash quality is first rate and the quietness of the machine is excellent. I have owned 3-4 washing machines prior to this and this is the quietest washing machine I have owned. In terms of the wash functions there are heaps of options and I have still yet to find a use for all of them but good to have that option. We used this machine around 2 years and it was wonderful, very convenient and quick perfect for our family.After 2 years idos started its first issues, they sent someone out and they had to come 3 times to get rhevissue sorted with the tray. The guy said the system can be sensitive etc w the connectors and he ended up replacing the tray and the connectors.It has now happened again and it's of course outbid warranty etc from when we got it.It's not really smart to have a feature that breaks so regularly - And just beeps all the time.I'm refusing to pay the high repair fees so will just keep using without idos now and ignore the beeping.Not sure I would buy it again, too troublesome. It has a great array of programs, and can be customised by altering the spin speed, temperature, etc. variables to suit your individual requirements. I particularly like the option to choose between "speed perfect" or "eco perfect" for each wash. The unit services a house of two persons and is used perhaps 2 - 3 times a week.
I bought this a few months ago and it's really great. So happy we updated from our old top loader. Most importantly my clothes are REALLY clean, noticeably, shockingly cleaner than my old machine - but it's also quiet and fast and it's seriously so great I've had to stop myself raving about it on social media and looking like a bored housewife. It even tells me when to do a drum clean. It heats up it's own water. Love love love it. Came super fast and the guys that installed it were lovely too, even though we're in the middle of renovations and the laundry is still in abysmal condition. Pretty sure the floor was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. Nothing bad to say about this purchase.
