They work great until that AUX PCB stops working within a couple of months. For me it was 9 months. It is such a well known issue that you can find YouTube tutorials on how to replace the part with a soldering iron, and the replacement parts are currently sold out. If you are buying this buy the extended warranty. They are not long lasting and like the iPhone chargers BOSE wants them to break so you keep going back for more. Save yourself time and frustration and pick a different brand. Paying $400 for 9 months of use is insulting. I really wanted to like these but it's cheap parts with a brand name slapped on. My Sony headset are much older, has travelled heavily with me and they are still working great. I have given up trying to use the QC35 II with the TV transmitter, and instead just use my old Bluetooth headset with the TV (sigh), and use the QC35 II only with my phone and laptop.
I have owned a lot of gaming headsets over the years, but none compare to these. The headset came in a nice storage case that is great to use when I'm no longer using the headset. Outstanding. I can confirm the microphone makes your voice sound pro. And that the QC 35 II Gaming Headphones are manufactured with superior materials to the QC 45s and QC SEs - they feel more durable, the headband outer is slightly textured, the logo is made of metal not printed on and the earcup material feels slightly more plush and the look is slightly puckered at the seams which gives them a bit more of a lux-effect. All in all snap these up whilst theres still some around - Im not sure Bose is still manufacturing the QC 35 II Gaming Headphones any more (March 2023). Id say get these for gaming or video calling or simply listening to music and audiobooks and the radio - all of which I think you will enjoy!

This headset is not designed for gaming in any real way, its unfortunate that the flaws of this head set out weigh the comfort and great noise cancelling. This may have just been Bose trying to get into a gaming market for gaming headsets by taking their 2017 headphones and attaching a microphone to it and calling it a gaming headset. with no wireless connection and no surround sound or higher bass for gaming, or adjustable microphone audios for a console. If your looking for an overpriced set of regular wireless head phones then sure why not. but if your looking for something for gaming then these are not for you.
