Amazing earbuds. These things were just about automatic to setup and pair with my phone and Spotify. It took me a moment to figure out how to rotate them into my ears correctly, but once I got them in, the fit was tight and extremely comfortable. I have worn them a few times to the gym for 45-60 minutes at a time, and they were always comfortable (I could easily forget they were in if they weren't blasting sweet sounds to me). The bass is snappy, has good kick, but is still clean and crisp. The rest of the audio range is spot on and tight. The spacial separation is astounding. I could not be happier with these things. Granted I only just got them, so I cannot speak to durability and such. But based on setup and the amazing sound, I absolutely recommend these.I'm a ... MoreAmazing earbuds. Blinded by the Light especially highlights the crisp, full audio range and the amazing sound stage these buds produce.Enjoy!

DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES!!!!!!!!The case is extremely poorly designed and will cause you so many headaches. The charging pins in the case are on springs and they jam up very, very easily. What this means is that your headphones will not connect properly with the charging pin and they won't charge. I can't tell you how many times I've put the headphones in the case to charge, only to take them out and find they have almost no battery left. You can get around this by forcefully pushing the buds in, but this takes multiple times to work and it's incredibly frustrating to try and get your earbuds to sit in the case right. The headphones themselves are okay, they have decent audio quality and stay in your ear well, but I would avoid this product due to the case. These earbuds are perfect in every way for me with the exception of battery life (the earbuds having 5 hours of continuous listening time and the case having 15) and some connection issues. Sometimes, I go to connect them but only the left one connects and so I have to disconnect the earbuds and connect them again. Usually on the second try it’s set, but there have been times where it takes a couple more attempts to do so. The battery, although not the most impressive, is sufficient for my day-to-day activities, although longer battery life would be amazing to see (the case is also kinda big, bigger than the Raycon E25 Earbuds which have about 9 hours of listening time and it’s tiny!). The ear tips were very comfortable from the start and I did switch them out to try the other sizes, but the size +1 worked out great. I thought I would receive sizes 1, 2, and 3 but I instead got 0, +1, and +2. Not an issue, but I was confused at first. It took a little bit of time to get used to inserting the earbuds into my ear without accidentally triggering the touch controls, but a few days later I was a master at it :P the touch controls themselves are nothing special not impressive, but there’s some customization included in it. I have my left ear set to skip a track when double tapped (it was either skip or go back a track) and my righ ear controls play/pause with a double tap and volume with a sliding up or down on the bud. The sound is super clear, I’d even say comparable to my Bose 700 headphones. The bass was the perfect amount of beef and mids and highs are great too, orchestral music is a joy to listen to. There was a bonus for me when I got these, and that was that I was able to get a firmware update on my earbuds on the MyBose app and it added EQ settings which were not a feature previously. That just completed the product for me so yes, there’s EQ control so long as you have a MyBose account and the app and update the product.Overall, if you’re willing to deal with the connection issues (which I think should be fixed with the firmware updates that happen every once in a while) and the short battery life, do it. These are worth the money.Bose, if there was anything you could fix on these earbuds, it would be connectivity issues. The sound they deliver is amazing and I’m always eager to start listening to stuff.

I'm not one to write reviews but these earbuds are terrible. I bought them when my Bose Soundsport wireless earbuds (which i loved) died, the connection from the cord to the earbuds seemed to be the issue though from the outside, it looked fine. The soundsport weren't available in store so I took a chance, bought these and while the sound is fine, I've been disappointed in pretty much everything else. The battery life is about half of the Soundsport, I can't use the other style of ear tips with these even though I specifically asked the store rep and he told me I could, these will randomly start sliding or fall out of my ear no mater what size ear tips I have on them or how I have them in my ears. The controls are limited and finicky. I like to talk on the phone or listen to podcasts with one earbud in but only the right earbud has a microphone so to talk on the phone it needs to be with the right side which is fine until it dies. Then, when I go to use the left, sometimes it will also dead despite being in the case all day. If it does have battery, it can only be used near the OPEN case. As soon as the case closes, the left earbud shuts off. And if I go too far away from the case, like outside or to the other side of my house, the sound gets distorted and will lose the connection. I regret buying these and should have tried returning them as soon as I got home and realized I couldn't use the other ear tips but was told in the store that they couldn't be returned once opened. I figured I'd give them a chance but I'm already looking for a new pair and they won't be bose.
Good Points: 1 year review of my bose sport earbuds. The earbuds do have some good qualities, they stick in my ears like no other earbuds do, I've literally never got any fear of them falling out unless I catch them by accident myself they are staying in, by far the best design I've seen. And they look good when they are in your ears unlike alot of others.Decent sound quality and nice little case that charges them fairly quickly.Improvement Points: Unfortunately there are more bad parts to the earbuds than good...To start from day 1 nothing works when it comes to tapping the earbuds to start or stop songs/answer the phone, so you still have to pull your phone out for anything you want to do and you have absolutely no chance of controlling the volume by swiping ... MoreGood Points: 1 year review of my bose sport earbuds. (All the reviews I read before buying them said this would happen and I can confirm they were all right haha)To get the earbuds to pair with your phone is the easy part, then you try to use them and you find yourself shaking your head about trying to get them to register that they are actually in your ear 90% of the time, which isn't ideal when your out in the town centre.Although the sound is decent overall they are definitely not the best in the price range and they should definitely come with noise cancellation as standard for the price like most others do.Overall the earbuds are okay but as the bad points outweigh the good ones and the bad points are all really annoying day to day I would not recommend the earbuds and will be looking at others myself when I need new ones.Overall 4/10
My previous generation Bose Sport worked great for 2 years until the rubber over the control buttons degraded. The next gen have some improvements, but also some changes that make the product actively worse:Improvements:No rubber, meaning that an otherwise functional product won't be rendered partially unusable by rubber breaking down.Smaller body looks neater in earSlightly smaller caseNew flaws:Feature to start-and-stop when removed from ear often cannot tell the difference between being in an ear vs a pocket, a closed fist, or even on a table in a dimly lit room, meaning that even if you manually pause your podcast, unless you put the earphones back in the case, you often pick them up again to find that they've been playing your podcast or audiobook for a ... MoreMy previous generation Bose Sport worked great for 2 years until the rubber over the control buttons degraded. Also, sometimes you want to put your buds back in without wanting them to resume autoplay immediately. No more triple-tap to skip backwards- only forwards. So you cannot restart or go back a song when running without opening your phone. No more tactile buttons mean you cannot operate controls while wearing gloves.Tap/swipe remote controls are patchy at best, compared to tactile, leaving you irritably swatting at your ear repeatedly while your media continues loudly playing while someone tries to talk to you.No button on buds to connect to bluetooth- can only connect via case.I don't know how, but immediately since starting to use these my phone bluetooth has become patchy; when buds have been replaced in case and disconnected from phone, I often now have to manually turn bluetooth off and on again on my phone before bluetooth will recognize other devices.New bose app no longer supports finding lost device. The sound quality, and the in-ear stability are still good.Overall, after several months to adjust, the new generation is still a frustrating downgrade for an expensive object.
There are three huge problems which make these earbuds unuseable for me. I was unaware of the problems until I opened the packaging and attempted to sync them, and now I cannot return them. Beware.1. When deciding to purchase these earbuds I did research and they were supposedly an upgrade from my current Bose earbuds which have a wire connecting them together. However, they can only connect to a single device at a time. Which I have never heard of before and none of the advertising or information on this website states. I am now unable to return them because I had to open tbe package to find out. My OLD earbuds connect to multiple devices at the same time and so have every bluetooth earbuds I have ever had. They need an app to be downloaded to every device in order to work properly. I have never had to download an app before, including with my OLD earbuds, just to listen to music or talk on the phone.3. They are so much worse than the old earbuds I had and so much more expensive.
Bose has always been a solid go-to for me and my earbud choices. Their wing tips comfortably fit my ears and the earbuds are stable. You only need to use it once when setting up the earbuds and adjusting settings. File the app away after you've set everything up as you will no longer need it. Audio quality is the typical V-shaped curve with highlighted lows and highs. Nothing wrong with that, these are sport earbuds and they're supposed to have an exciting sound.Microphone quality is mediocre, I don't recommend taking calls on these unless you're in a quiet room. Connectivity is fine, though I did experience some audio hiccups here and there. Bose went with a cheap Bluetooth setup with the right ear feeding the left. These should connect independently like most other $120+ earbuds do. It's fine, but it also means you can only use the right earbud by itself. Bose's solution to using just the left earbud is to take the right earbud out of the case and set it down. That's not a solution, at all.If it wasn't for the occasional Bluetooth audio blip, I would have given these a higher score. They're fine for what they are, and for the sale price. I would not pay MSRP for them and opt to find another pair of sports earbuds if you want to spend $150+. But, at their sale price, they aren't bad and their comfortable fit is still hard to beat.
These are amazing headphones. The sound quality and fit are absolutely unmatched by any other. I have owned these and Bose's Quiet Comfort models, and the Sports are by far the best ones you could get. Its an absolute shame that these are no longer available. The only issue I have ever personally encountered with these earbuds was that one of the earbuds stopped connecting with the charging/syncing case overtime. However, both Bose's and Best Buy's customer and product support services have been top notch and Best Buy always replaced them with a brand new pair, completely hassle free. Hats off to Best Buy!
I am one of those people who struggle with finding earphones to fit my ears. I have been through all of the major brands, including Samsung, Apple, and JBL, but there was always something wrong. For example, only one ear fits while the other ear falls out, some are uncomfortable to wear, some don't fit at all, or the different sizes of earbuds don't fit right. Occasionally, people on the other end of a call complain about not hearing me clearly, but despite this, I keep them because I mainly use them while working out. 4. It takes a while to learn the different actions to pause/play music, pick up/end call, volume, etc. Weirdly, the right side has most of the actions, while the left side has a few.Overall, they are comfortable, don't fall out during workouts, and the sound quality is great. The downside is that they could be more intuitively user-friendly and, at the price point and brand, lack some basic expected functionalities such as multipoint Bluetooth connection.
