I wish I could provide a picture of the product I received from Macy. The shoe came in a beat up box for one and then to top off the shoes looked like they have been worn for years no exaggeration. They were extremely scuffed up and faded mind you this was my second time ordering them because the first pair showed up the same. When the first pair were returned the cashier blamed the 3rd party vendor finish line. Sooooo order at your own risk good luck!

I have always heard about how comfortable and healthy Clogs are. I have also been advised that Birkenstock is one of the most preferred brands but can run pricey. After much thought and deliberation, I decided to go ahead and get a pair in Habana Oiled Leather. I am a size 12 regular and ordered the 45 EUD US 12-12.5. After receiving them very quickly, 24hrs (On Thanksgiving nonetheless) I finally tried them on. Based on my research and the advice I received from professionals, I guess I thought my feet would feel better than ever. I had been eyeballing there for a while but they were out of stock in my size. I snatched them up as soon ad they became available. I absolutely love my birkinstock sandles, so I had high hopes for these. They fit great, true to size. They seem comfortable, although I haven't worn them out yet. My issue is the quality. For shoes that cost almost $160 I expect them to be pristine. The pair I got are not. The suede has a scuff mark on the one shoe and what seems to be some sloppy glue work on both of them. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them yet. I expect more from the brand and for that price point.

The color is beautiful, the fit is great, and I can tell they'd be really comfortable. But I specifically ordered these to have the classic buckle, which is what's in all the listing pictures. The ones that arrived have the rivet, which I really don't like (and based on other reviews, don't seem to hold up well). Bummed that I'll have to haul over to the store to do an exchange and hope that they have the grey suede with a buckle instead.

The size 10 was unavailable in the store. I went online and chose the size per Macy's size recommendation options. I received a 41. I was not 100% happy as they felt a bit loose, and one of my feet is slightly smaller so the shoe felt bigger on that foot. There was clearly about one inch of space left behind. I tried to convince myself that I was going to wear them with socks & needed the extra space. I decided to wait & shop around. I ordered a pair by Quince in a size 9 as reviews recommended to size down. They were perfect (run a little wider), but I wanted Birkenstocks. Headline says it all. Third time wearing them, the button on the side snapped completely off. I reattached them, and they broke again. This happened with normal walking around in my classroom. Wasn’t doing anything crazy. I should be able to walk without shoes breaking within two weeks of having them. Luckily I’m still within the return window so these will be going back, and I will continue my search for comfortable shoes to wear to work smh.
I love Anthropologie and shop online here all the time but I am SO disappointed with this purchase. My Birkenstocks came with no box, so there were 2 stickers plastered onto the sole which is not comfortable/hard to peel off. They are two different shades and almost seem defective? The bottom of the shoes are two different colors as well. Super unfortunate.
These Birkenstock clogs are fantastic! They’re incredibly comfortable, with the signature footbed that supports my feet all day. The design is simple but stylish, and they go with pretty much any casual outfit. They took a few wears to break in, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five, but now they fit like a dream. I love how durable they feel—definitely a worthwhile investment.
I was really excited to receive my Birkenstock clogs, but unfortunately, they didn't work out as I’d hoped. The color was more yellow than I anticipated, which was a bit disappointing. Also, despite ordering my usual Birkenstock size, the shoes felt too short. They’re definitely cute and have the classic Birkenstock comfort, but I couldn’t justify keeping them knowing I wouldn’t wear them. I plan to try another pair in a different size and hopefully in a color that suits me better!
Incredibly disappointed in Bloomingdale's. The pair of Birks were purchased as a birthday gift and I had to immediately begin a return. The shoe box was damaged and showed clear signs of being previously opened. Upon inspection, the shoes were not new, and also showed signs of being used/worn previously. They were not packed properly, and the tissue paper was used and crumpled. I was completed shocked at the item received. It gives me pause about future online orders.
