This next GEN trainer is awesome! I should have purchased it years ago. I didn’t think much of the ones in the gym because gym owners never bother to keep them properly inflated.

Bosu reviewBosu ball call me shipped in it’s original box and there were no damages in transit so thumbs up there. Going based off the instructions, pumping the bosu ball upside down was challenging because you are getting resistance from the pump since you are essentially pumping air back into the pump. However, after turning the bosu ball on it’s side and pumping til about 3 inches, I finished pumping it upside down. After filling it to the recommended 8.5 inches, I tested it out and there were no leaks. Overall, bosu ball arrived and operated in perfect condition and I’m excited to have this apart of my home gym.

This was a great value. Got my bosu for Xmas. Ordered these dvds. They are giving me a great deal of variety of different exercises to do and try. I will not be bored anytime soon. They are older in style but who cares what instructors are wearing! The exercises and form never change I love them. They also came SUPER FAST!

Like any piece of exercise equipment, if you use it, it's worth the money. Otherwise, not so much! I put together a 45-ish minute full-body workout with the Bosu that I do once a week. A couple other days a week I stand on the Bosu to do light weights after a Peloton ride or yoga session. My husband uses it to plank. It's a fun way to mix things up, and doesn't require much space.

I wanted a BOSU and getting it directly from the manufacturer was the best price and deal I could find. It was delivered quickly, and in perfect condition. I've enjoyed using it. Additionally, I receive emails about online BOSU workouts that I can join.I'm not sure how this compares to the similar items with different brand names that are available. I spent more and got the BOSU brand, because I'd used it at the gym and knew what quality I'd get. I really like this one, except that the bottom doesn't have any traction on it. So you can't flip it upside down and stand on the flat part, like some of the other models. (and there is a label there warning you not to). So some of my favorite exercises that I do at the gym, I can't really do on this.

BOSU is the best purchase I have invested inI love the Bosu because you can do your exercises by building your core and overall strength and improve balance, stability and flexibility. I discovered the Bosu at the gym that I currently go to at Orange Theory. They use this exercise equipment as part of the abdominal workouts. So I had to buy my very own at home its the best equipment that I have ever bought and recommended it to anyone use.

BOSU Rocks!

I bought the NEXGEN BOSU and am very pleased with it so far. I love the texture on the dome, as it helps with hand placement. I just did a full BOSU workout and it hit everything- core, legs, cardio. This is a multi-purpose, great add to my home gym!

Great product!

I just got this several days ago and inflated it and it took about 2 minutes to pump up. Quality is amazing. The material is super thick and it is a heavy dome. There is such a variety of exercises you can do on this balance trainer. Balance, abs, core, cardio, legs, back... pretty much whatever you want. Some movements look much easier than they are. So far so good. It arrived on time too.

Great quality and value
19 April 2020

I have been using a BOSU trainer at my local gym for the last six months, and it has helped challenge me by incorporating stabilizing muscles into my routine. With my gym shut down due to COVID-19, I found that I could not live without it when doing workouts in my home gym, so I had to purchase one. This model is slightly different than the one in my gym (I think it is a Pro65 there), but it did not disappoint, and I like the textured surface better when stepping and jumping onto the ball. This BOSU balance trainer is a great, high-quality product that I would recommend to anyone trying to incorporate variety into their workouts.

I tried the budget versions before this one, but they're just so tiny I felt like I was going to fall over just trying to get onto them. If you're looking for the ones that gyms use - this is it.Pros: Large stable platform. I weigh 275 and it didn't even blink when I stood on it. It's so large you won't misplace it. Great for improving balance and strengthening your ankles/knees/hips in a low impact fun way. There are a ton of videos on youtube showing you exercises you can do on it PLUS the product pamphlet included has a link to a free DVD download and wall chart download so you can get the most out of your balancer. It's heavy (it's only slightly a con because in order to be sturdy it makes sense that it's heavy). It's expensive - however - again it's a trade off. If I pay for gym membership but I don't go (especially during COVID) then I'm wasting my $. At least this way I have something to show for my $ and I don't have to go anywhere to use it.
