Air Wick Botanica Candle 205g Multicolor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] Surprised by how much I enjoyed this fragrance. It’s not sweet and fruity but deep and mature smelling (if that’s a thing). Reminds me of a good smelling man. Burns really well and such great value for money. I will most definitely buy this again!

I had been away on a European holiday when these arrived. As soon as I opened the package I could smell these candles. Once I opened the lid, I honestly felt like I was back on holiday. They genuinely smelt so tropical and the fact they transported me back to my holiday, was amazing. The smell is more muted when burning, or I could be used to it but the tins/jars are so pretty and could just be left unlit and as an ornament because they’re so pretty and aesthetically pleasing.

The Caribbean Vetiver and Sandalwood candle was a new variety of fragrance for me. I tend to lean toward a more sweeter smell. This particular fragrance gave me a sophisticated woman vibe. A fragrance I would relate more to a classy perfume possibly rather than a room fragrance. However, I still thoroughly enjoyed burning it and appreciating the smell. Personal taste is an important choice of course and although it was lovely it’s not my usual flavour per se. They’re packaged well in a weighted amber jar which feels luxe and sturdy. I also enjoy the amber shade to add a bit of warmth to the room also. My reasoning for the lower star count is my inability to justify the $20 price tag for the smaller sized candle. Particularly for this scent as it’s not my preference. I would however consider purchasing one in another scent if it was half price maybe. *This product was provided complimentary for the purpose of my honest opinion.

When I opened the lid I wasn’t sure about this one, as it reminded me of a men’s deodorant. I came around to the scent after it was lit for a while, as it had a bit more warmth and was quite pleasant. It also had a decent throw, better than the other scent I tried before. I’d like a more pared back packaging, but I’d possibly buy it regardless if the price is right at the supermarket. The burn time was decent, and it burned evenly too.

The fragrance lingers well without being sickly. It has sweet notes that are not overpowering. The metal lid is light but sturdy and the glass jar could be repurposed, and used again. We’ve been burning this for quite a few hours and it seems to have more life still. I like that Botanica (Air Wick) have partnered with WWF.

I received this product free from influenster in exchange for my honest review. I own many candles from high end houses so I am a little candle snob. These however are not bad at all. They throw okay, good enough for a smaller space. I use one in my laundry room as I have kitty litter in there and one in my walk in pantry as I have the bin in there hidden both spaces are small enough for these candles to scent. Would I buy these again, product not they are not strong engines for my taste. #airwick #candles

I found the scent not too strong and a very nice smell,and when you hold the jar, it is not hot. The candle will last many hours. My family likes the scent very much . When I received the package, it was packed very well, and there was no damage to the candles I received. I would recommend this as a gift to someone as a present or just to say thank you to someone

I absolutely loved the fragrance of the Air Wick Botanica Carribbean vetiver and sandalwood candle. When I burned the candle for the first time, my lounge room was filled with a fresh and woodsy perfume making my house so comforting and inviting. I like to burn my candles for at least 30 minutes and make great use of them. This particular brand has already impressed me as it was long lasting and kept on perfuming my room. The amber glass blends beautifully with my furniture and decor too. I was gifted this for my honest review.

[Rewarded Review] Supermarket candle, waxy with essential oils

I received this candle in exchange for my review. First off this is a supermarket candle so it’s not going to last or burn the same way as other premium candles in the $50+ range. It looks stylish as home decor and does project a scent while lit or unlit. It’s not as strong in its scent as other expensive candles but this candle retails for $20 so to be expected! I didn’t like this particular scent personally, I could describe it as a forest scent, a little more masculine like mens perfume. My husband might prefer this smell more but I don’t think it’s the right scent for a living space. Will be part of my bathroom accessories!
