Botanika Blends Plant Protein - Custard Filled Cinnamon Donut, 500g

I brought this product as part of an 8 pack flavours trial ... The product sounded tasty and came in colourful packaging making it inviting but the taste was not that of custard nor cinnamon and the Stevia left an aftertaste which was not palatable - to the point I don't think I even want to try the remaining flavours. On reviewing the macros again these are poor in comparison to some other 'cleaner' vegan protein products - I will not be purchasing again

Absolutely incredible

This protein tastes absolutely incredible. It tastes exactly like a custard filled doughnut. There is no chalky or dusty or grainy chemical aftertaste that all of the other vegan proteins have - you could never even know that this is a vegan protein, that’s how amazing it tastes!!!! I am absolutely in love and obsessed and I cannot even wait to try all the other flavours which is why I’m on the website right now, ordering more !!!! Amazing

First creative vegan protein flavours I’ve seen (let alone have samples) so I had to give it a shot! So delicious and blends really smooth, without that chalky/gritty texture that some vegan proteins have. I tried it initially just on its own with some ice, water, and some soy milk and it’s was pretty good. Not too sweet and you can taste the cinnamon and a slight “bakery” “doughy” sort of taste. Add in a banana and you’re transported to vegan protein HEAVEN! It doesn’t foam much AT ALL either (even when blended) which is a major plus in my books.Will definitely be ordering a larger size of this - so so so delicious!

Best Tasting Protein and Amazing Service

I have always been hesitant with Plant Based proteins as from experience previously they have always tasted horrible and never mixed well. Botankia Blends is the nicest protein powders I have tasted - so far I have tried the Raspberry Coconut and my favourite Custard Filled Cinnamon Donut. I have it in my breakfast every morning :) There was a slight mix up with my unit number so my original order did not come however when I contacted Botankia Blends they instantly resent me a new package Express Post and I had it within 2 days. Great Service! I would highly recommend and look forward to trying more flavours :)

Changed from Whey to Vegan Everyday

This protein is the absolute bomb. After my partner introduced me to this brand, I have not looked back. After 13 years of training and nutrition being my biggest priority, I can safely say this is my favourite protein by far. The taste, the quality and the consistency….say no more. I will be continuing my daily protein oats for as long as they stock this wicked flavour. Thank you Botanika Blends 👌

Creamiest protein powder!

I absolutely LOVE this powder! It was love at first sip of my smoothie, a super creamy powder that isn't grainy and blends so seamlessly into my drinks. All I add it to is a couple of frozen bananas but I am excited to try this in future cooking as I think it would go nicely in muffins or pancakes. It has a delicious doughy aspect to it like uncooked cookie and the slight hint of cinnamon enhances the flavour profile. A staple in my pantry for years to come! Cannot rate it highly enough!

Delicious, creamy - the best plant protein!

I've tried many different vegan protein powders, and this one is by far the best tasting and has no chalky, powdery texture which a lot of vegan powders seem to struggle with. It's actually drinkable on it's own, but using nut milk makes it so much more creamy and adding something like a banana only strengthens the amazing flavours. It's not sickeningly sweet either, but it genuinely tastes like a custard doughnut. If you're unsure, definitely consider getting a few sample packs first like I did, but I will absolutely be returning to purchase the 1-3kg bag.

Love the fact that it is Organic and has no Sugar or other Nasty ingredients

I loved the Hazelnut Cocoa flavour which I bought last year when it was on special at the Supermarket. This flavour was absolutely delicious. I am also using the Prana On protein powders and their product with the same flavour is not as good as the one from Botanika Blends which also has less carb and fat than Prana On.So this year, I wanted to try the Custard filled Cinnamon Donut flavour but honestly I do not like it as much as the Hazelnut Cocoa one which is a shame as I bought two of them this time, just in case...I'd love to exchange with the Hazelnut Cocoa flavour ...Anyway, Botanika Blends Team is doing an amazing work when it comes to the formulation and the selection of the ingredients, not to mention the original choice of the flavours (I would love to ... MoreI loved the Hazelnut Cocoa flavour which I bought last year when it was on special at the Supermarket. Probs my fav here

I avoided this because some daft dude on Amazon gave it a bad review saying it has a chemical aftertaste. It doesn't. It's delicious and super versatile with flavours. You can bring out the cinnamon or custard with adding extra cinnamon or vanilla and it's fecking delicious. Love that it's not super sweet and doesn't have that horrid artificial sweetener flavour and not gritty!

Yummy like no other

from a creamy, custard up from with a warm hit of cinnamon, this busted my sweet craving after a big gym session.Filled me up, didn't leave me feeling hungry a cuple of hours later, even better its gluten free and my wife loves it in her morning smoothie.Can't wait to try more of these delicious flavours - yummy to the max and will have you coming back for more
