This is really quiet nice. Many men's fragrances are very in-your-face strong, but this is much softer. I feel like because lavender is the stronger note in this scent, it makes it much less offensive. It's calming, it's intoxicating, and it's just the right amount of strength. If you're a women, you could probably get away with wearing this too, it's definitely a more manly-leaning scent, but it's still definitly wearable on a woman because the lavender is the stronger note in this. The potency is if someone is right next to you, they can smell it (but a whole room won't smell you, you know?). I think the longevity is pretty good, it'll get you through the day. I started with a sample, and I liked it enough that when I ran out I bought a 1.7oz bottle. I'm not sure if I will buy another when I run out though. This fragrance comes across very leathery to me. The cedar is strong, the patchouli is there but blends well. The orange blossom and lavender work well together to add a nice touch, but the base notes are almost a bit too loud to let these notes shine as much as I would like. The bottle is gorgeous, all glass (if yours has a plastic top, it's probably counterfeit), and like on other Gucci perfumes, the atomizer works well providing a nice, even spray.

Wow this EDT smells amazing! I normally do not like anything that has patchouli in it because it tends to be overpowering. But this one took me off guard by how amazing it smells. It's very sexy yet masculine too. The lavender, lemon and patchouli just blends together so well. Not over powering at all. I highly recommend this one. 10 out of 10!!

I received a sample size 1.5ml for testing purposes. The size is disappointing because I can only use it for 3 times. Gucci guilty pour homme smells like women magnetic. It is made for masculine charming alpha male who knows what he wants and who gets what he wants. The scent is provocative and seductive. The fragrance opens with lavender and lemon, leaving enough spaces for the scents of orange blossoms. Basic tones are warm woody accords of cedar and patchouli, offering an exciting but soft touch to the whole composition. It can be summarized as a moderate projection, mildly powdery sweet, citrusy and floral fragrance with green and woody accords. The scent is not that unique to me. I will say that I would not have purchased this myself prior to receiving this sample as I tend to prefer oriental scents, usually with oud and more chances than not a parfum over an Eau de toilette. That being said, wow this fragrance is unique and it is a standout among its price range. Going to shops such as Sephora or a department store fragrance section there seems to be an infinite amount of options in the sub $100 price point, Gucci fragrances are there as well. For me many seem generic and that was my expectation here as well. This is the exception to the rule. This has a uniqueness with its interesting mix of notes including lavender, citrus and patchouli.
