I bought this for the grit guard. Not sure why I can't seem to find grid guards in stores. I can buy online but then the risk is if it fits the bucket perfectly. So I decided to buy this (special order) buckets with grit guards. A bit expensive but quality is awesome.

I’ve used the buckets twice. I love that they’re easily marked so you don’t put your sponge/Mit into dirty water when washing your car. The build quality appears to be great.

Would have been nice to have actually received this item. 14 days post purchase when I went back to store to see if this 2nd part of order had arrived, I was advised by female staff member that was unable to be supplied. I would be refunded for that part of order, which 8 days on, I'm still awaiting to receive. Mind you she did offer to sell me store stock at FULL PRICE should I wish to still own it. I passed the ludicrous offer and went few shops down the road to Supercheap who had a similar sale price. Deadly disappointing and appalling customer service

Only wish that it came with three buckets but as a whole these have surved their role well.
just bought this lot. Couple of 15 L buckets suitably labelled " wash " "Rinse" with the anti particle bit for the bottom of each bucket ie " Great Barrier thing".Bit expensive for $69.99 on sale.. Think Maguires cheaper.
The buckets are standard but the grit guards are exceptional. Cheaper ones can float up or be moved easily through vigorous rubbing of a sponge but these are rock solid and will not move.
Recently upgraded my wash buckets with these and paid a high price for a label, buckets are nothing special

These buckets do a great job at trapping dirt and not polluting your sponge or washing mitts. You will see an immediate difference when you use them. Can’t do without them now!
