Brabantia HangOn Drying Rack Fresh White 20 Meters

I love the new drying rack. The metal is strong but too heavy. The top hanging rod allows lots of openings for drying larger, longer items. The hanger notches on the sides of the racks allow for added drying space to the side of each rack. The racks are very large which have many small rods for lots of drying space. This is exactly what I was looking for- a large strong rack!

I wrestled with this purchase --- it's a bit expensive, and it's worth it! Love how light it is, how easily it folds up, how it provides use options for large items (sweaters, fabric, knit dresses --- all things that want to be laid out flat) with room for socks, undies, napkins at the same time and some shirts on hangers. YEAH!!!! It's a small footprint with a Big Bang. Functional, Sleek, a pleasure to use, and I'll take anything that adds some fun to the task of laundry!

I totally love my new drying rack. I used to always hang my wet clothes on hangers over my bathtub shower rod which was not convenient when I needed to shower or bathe. I also worried about the weight on my shower rod, because I hang A LOT! I live in a small apartment so I did not want a rack that was difficult to store, or too big or heavy to manage. This one is light weight enough and yet quite sturdy, but also I can hang it on the back of my closet door with over-the-door hooks! It has a hanging rack for hangers as well as a shelf for things like a hat-drying plastic mold. I can also hang things that do not require hangers (like leggings) over the many racks available. There are enough drying racks even for short things like socks. I can hang all of my clothes ... MoreI totally love my new drying rack. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered several drying racks in the past and they don’t last. They always rust and start coming apart. This one by Brabantia is by far the best drying rack I’ve ever ordered! It is sturdy and easy to move to a different location if needed. I’ve placed my bedding items, which can be quite heavy on this drying rack on a windy day with no problems. Also, it closes easily to store away if needed. Hope this review helps any undecided consumers.

There is a lot to like about this rack. I bought it for the ability to hang clothes on hangers to dry. When unfolded, it is quite large and you need space. However, it folds down quite small, which makes storage easy. It’s also fairly customizable- you don’t need to put up the hanging rod unless you want it and you also don’t need to put up both sides. Clothes dry nicely on it and I’m pleased by the purchase, especially since it feels and seems sturdy.

Better than I had dared to hope for

Many a laundry stand in recent years have been less than suitable for a normal load of washing, too flimsy, unstable and poorly manufactured. The Brabantia though has despite my initial reticence at the price been an absolute delight in design / functionality/ and high standard of production. Stable outside in breezy weather, very good powder coating and VG choice of configuration to suit items being dried e.g. flat for knitwear, duvets, height adjustable for shirts ( which has a sensible offset design or v small items can be slotted into the triangular loops i.e. stocks). Easily set up and reduces to slim shape for storage. I would be extremely surprised ( disappointed) if it didn't last for many years to come therefore a good investment

Clothes Airer

Struggled with my previous three airers, their quality, durability and lifespan was inadequate so I decided that I'd spend a little more to ensure the next one was fit for purpose. This Brabantia HangOn Indoor Airer, 20m certainly lives up to expectations. The price may make you question the purchase but it most definitely worth it.It's neat and compact when not in use, but once called upon is strong and durable, clearly made of superior materials and constructed well. It's adjustable to suit your washing load and to suit the space in which you're drying.I wish I'd bought this in the first instance rather than wasting time and money on inferior airers.Future buyers will not be let down.

Excellent design

At first I baulked at the price, hoped it would live up to expectations and am delighted it is. The design is very flexible enabling longer garment to hang with ease when the arms are extended to higher setting which is also useful where space is limited. Good for drying jumpers when in tabletop form. The coating seems to be of high quality and the design ensures it's more stable than the taller drying frames when used outdoors on breezy days. I would be surprised/ disappointed if it didn't last quite some time, good build.

Practical and ideal for a family

Brilliant design and well built. Allows 2 sheets to be hung on the arms and also takes a very full wash load. The frame and rungs are metal and weighty and overall extremely good build quality. This replaces needing to use 2 concertina style, flimsy ones which have always broken on us. This is a real workhorse and carries what 2 airers used to carry. Its quite heavy though compared with the cheaper ones, but very easy to open and load up without having to bend down too much. We love it and well worth the money.

Such a practical and attractive drying rack!
