Must say that in nearly 50 years of marriage one item I have replaced very few times is my ironing board, so when recently it came time to I was a bit in 'no mans land' as to which one to choose. In the end I when for this model and have to say I am not disappointed. Easy to set up (can't understand why anyone has a problem) much larger ironing area than my previous one which is a bonus. Only minus is as it's larger it's not as easy to store but all in all I'm very happy with my purchase :)

I bought this to replace an ageing Brabantia ironing board. It's a bit larger - good for sheets, and it stands taller (I'm over 6ft), so it's much more comfortable to use.
Large surface area for ironing, no area lost to the iron-holding space most boards have. Lots of adjustable heights for us taller folks, BUT it is so heavy! I do love the quality and the large ironing area, but it's so troublesome to move around and put up & down. Such a shame as it could have been great, but it feels over-engineered rather than being practical.
Could be better. Wheels would have been nice. Red ball tricky to put on.
Adjuster is on the wrong side. I find it very hard to open and close. 5 people in store could not work out how to open it This should have put me off but (unfortunately for me ) l went ahead and purchased it. Big mistake
Expensive, but really sturdy board. Iron glides across the surface well. Board stays put on wooden floor. Would recommend
Second one of these I've bought and a must if you have a steam generator iron and want to iron large duvets etc.Very easy to put up and down and sturdy for ironing.
I bought this to replace a small Brabantia board that was over 35 years old and still going strong. I decided to buy a larger board instead of replacing the cover and felt.Ironing is much quicker using a large board and as this is part of the Perfectflow range, the floor no longer gets wet from all the steam.I find the shape perfect for ironing shirts and trousers.
