Brabantia Touch Bin 200762 60 LT Soft Beige

We bought this to replace an older version of the same model, and this is an improvement in all ways. Looks great, has a positive touch mechanism, and is easy to keep clean. The fingerprint-resistant finish is also great. Recommended!

Found it surprisingly difficult to find a good quality 60L bin in this colourway, so really pleased to have found this on Wayfair for a better price than I could find anywhere else. The bin does the job and looks great too. It comes with branded bags but you can use any. Chuffed with it.

BIG BUT BEAUTIFUL & VERY PRACTICAL.

My husband always complains that I create too much garbage every day! And that is as a result of my preparing the majority of our meals from scratch. Excellent workmanship again you maybe pay a little bit more for Brabantia but you definitely get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend this bin to anyone. Xxx

Excellent value for money, World class service

We have just been bowled over by brabantia for sending us a brand new lid to replace our 6 year old bin lid which developed a weak lid spring. The is serving a large family of 12 including our grandson who tends to stress the lid. The bin design is practical, robust and very convenient to use. It takes large black refuse bags making the bin extremely cost effective by eliminating the need for special bin bags. We highly recommend this bin, its great value for money, excellent quality AND the after sales service from brabantia is World class.

Not the cheapest bin on the market but probably the best looking and best quality. Was hesitant on spending so much but its worth it will look good and perform for years to come. If you use the matching Brabantia bin liners they fit precisely without leaving anything visible and they slide out easily without catching the sides or the top. The wide bin opening is excellent you can clean plates chopping boards into without catching the sides or making a mess.What a great piece of engineering looks great feels great does exactly what it should. The reassuring feel of the lid closing mechanism the quality of materials used are all very good. After shopping around at various stores, my boyfriend and I decided we wanted a quality bin that would fit perfectly in our first home. We went John Lewis and viewed this and various other Brabantia bins before settling on this one, which we later bought directly from Brabantia. This touch element is very sensitive so you don't have to smack it hard to open it. It makes it easy to use when moving around the kitchen as you don't have to stand there for 5 minutes using it. I have had friends come round with younger children (4 and 6) who found the bin delightful. The got very excited when they figured out how to use it and were very proud that they could use it by themselves. My wife and I have been married for 24 years. We purchased this trash can when we bought our first house just before we were married. We were talking about this the other day and figured out that we bought it back in 1994. I never take the time to write reviews about products good or bad but after I asked her how long we have had this thing we both started laughing at how long this has been in our family. Stands the test of time

We got our version of this bin back in 2003 as a wedding gift and it really has stood the test of time. We have it in chrome finish which still continues to polish up nicely. Had an issue with the lid catch during year 10 and this was quickly resolved by the customer service team who sent us a replacement lid covered by the 10 year warranty. Currently looking at new bins but really don’t think I need one as this one is still going strong and doing the job it’s designed for.

Thrilled at range of colours now available!

With much sadness our Brabantia bin died at Christmas after over 10 years of loyal service. There was no question we would be replacing it with another one but I was delighted to see there is now a range of colours available. Went for the white which looks great and is very easy to clean. The lid clip doesn't appear as substantial as my old one but time will tell. Great price from Brabantia website and superb delivery/collection options.
