This is really good olive oil because it truly has the strong taste of olives so a little goes a long way in terms of taste. I use this to make all my vinaigrettes but not my mayo. IMO, this is too strong for homemade mayo. Most recipes that call for quality EVOO, this is perfect.

First time buying this EVO as the one I usually purchase is currently OS. Bragg is a trusted company, so I felt encouraged to try their oil.. was really pleased with the quality! The oil is light + smooth, it was nice in salad dressing + worked very well in a homemade pizza crust. My personal preference is for a more robust flavour for dressings, but this is a great EVO to have on hand for dishes that require a more neutral profile.
Never got it. Apparently there's no olive oil in the gallon size I ordered. Just a refund of my money. Put myself on the list to be informed when they get olive oil in gallons. Never heard from them again.
So far the olive oil still seems to be good since the company has changed hands. However there's much better Apple Cider Vinegar out there that HASN'T been watered down. We used to buy only Braggs ACV and recommended it to everyone we met, but now that they're adding water to it we will no longer be spending our hard earned money on this brand.
The gallon that I order was from the previous years harvest. The shelf life of olive oil is 12-18 months from harvest date although the expiration in dated for late 2014. Also, they will not say whether the olives are locally sourced from the island of Crete, or it they come from another source. Where is the transparency?
Sublime. Deep rich green color and wonderful aroma. I have been drizzling it on everything in order to reap the health benefits. This will never see any heat in a skillet and I will be reordering for sure. SO HAPPY I ORDERED THE GALLON SIZE!
I can't figure out how to open the bottle of olive oil. I use a pointy can opener to get the whole plastic thing off of the glass. i worked on it 3 months ago on my last bottle, somehow I have to cut off the bottom part of the plastic. instructions would be helpful.
