I told myself I’d never buy an expensive toothbrush as it’s just a toothbrush, but previous toothbrushes weren’t doing the job! I came across this one in the sale at such a good price and decided to purchase it, I can honestly say it’s the best toothbrush I’ve ever had! It’s powerful but smoothe on your teeth and gums it doesn’t jab you and the cleanliness you feel after is unreal! Has a few different modes and can connect to an app! The app can time you and let you know when pressing to hard or not hard enough! The toothbrush has a colourful light around the base of the head, I’d highly recommend this toothbrush if you want clean teeth.

I bought two of this toothbrush on April 16, 2024 on Walmart.ca. One of the toothbrush stopped working completely on June 7, 2024. It will not hold a charge and it turns on by itself randomly throughout the day. I called customer care of June 7, 2024. I was sent an email with shipping directions on that same day. After opening the email I realized Oral B is asking me to ship the product to Braun in Mississauga. It's Oral-B bad product, why should I have to pay shipping out of pocket. Just so crappy!! I have not been able to ship the product back as of yet, I am not pleased with the return policy. I shouldn't have to pay and then be without a toothbrush until they fix it and return to me. Bought an iO4 yesterday. Very disappointed - the charger does not come with a normal plug, it was some sort of two-pin plug - but it did not fit standard EU two-pin Adaptors.All the way back to the city to Boots store where after a lengthy delay, someone finally told me that the plug is for a shaver-type socket, the sort of thing one sees in hotel bathrooms.So now I have to buy a shaver-to plug adaptor - which of course they didn't have. Why does a toothbrush have a shaver-plug ?And surely, a battery charger should not reside in a bathroom - even if it is for a toothbrush?Disappointed, frustrated and still toothbrush-less.

So, this toothbrush does clean really well and my mouth feels fresh for a long time after brushing.However, Oral B have made 2 fundamental design faults which are extremely frustrating and make the toothbrush difficult to use. Firstly, and most significantly, the handle is completely smooth - there's no texture at all on the handle surface, so that it slips through your hand as you brush. I always have to use 2 hands to hold it towards the end of 2 minutes brushing. Overall I am happy with the brush and it definitely leaves your teeth feeling cleaner. I like the bright green light that makes it easy to see if you're brushing correctly and it also feels nice to hold. Unfortunately, the negative battery life reviews are true, I rarely get 2 days (ie 4 brush cycles) out of one charge, although this is not actually the biggest problem because I have a charging socket in the bathroom, so I can easily recharge it. The first electric toothbrush that I bought online didn't want to connect to any phones ( we tried 4 different ones even an apple phone ). I had to return in the shop. I was told the price went up to 15£ and I had to pay the difference. I was disappointed. The electric toothbrush look sleek and sturdy, but the sound and the vibration that it makes hurt my sensitive teeth ( I previously own Oral pro for many years). The setting are easy but you have to connect everyday via Bluetooth to your phone ( which can be hassle) as the brush will unconnect automatically when is switched off. After few days I gave up on trying to connect and follow my daily cleaning on the app. So if only want to brush your teeths don't bother buy this model.
