I have a 9350. The battery life has never been great. The original shaver head was great but the two replacements that I bought have only lasted 6 months. The lower foil on the current one falls out. I have moved to Cyprus and it is impossible to source a new one locally and shipping charges from the usual online supplier are ridiculous. To say that I am disappointed is putting it mildly.

For the second time in less than 5 months the shaver head foil broke loose. Unlike the first time , I decided to investigate the cause of the issue. Clearly there are missing pins ( ...plastic!) over the failed foil frame . Strange: the head shaver that came with the original shaver lasted about 2 years! The last two ones purchased in May & Sept. 2023 failed prematurely and disgracefully. I intend to change shaver since that I have not received any response from Braun-USA for a week or so. Needless to say: cheap material!

My original head failed after two years which is reasonable. The replacement lasted 12 months, and its replacement only 4 months. All failing in the same manner. The center cutting heads come loose and fallout. It appears the two plastic arms that are supposed to act like engagement springs (longest pieces seen on each end) are too weak to keep the blades locked in position.

For such an expensive replacement and being Braun, I expected better. The new head does not fit snugly to the razor, meaning that it vibrates more than it should. In fact, the whole razor is vibrating and it is very noisy. The original head lasted well, but before the 18 months was up, one of the cutters fell out. I suspect that will happen shortly to this replacement head, well before it reaches its first birthday!
After using Braun electric shavers for 25years the quality of the foil heads have been rubbish the last 18mths to 2 years only last about 3 mths. Going to another brand now as $90- every 2-3 mths is disgusting. So long Braun
Foils on head cassette on my new Series 9 shaver disintegrated after just 5 months. VERY disappointed, as Braun recommends changing it every 18 months, and it looks like the warranty given with the product, which cost +£320, doesn't include the shaver head cassette. Didn't have same problems with my Series 7 shaver. Will sadly look to buy a different make of shaver next time. Shame.
I have no problems with the Shaver shop but plenty with this product.The first shaver head lasted about 18 months before breaking. This must be pre-designed because Braun recommend you change the head every 18 months! At around $70 a Head this is not good enough.Two years later the shaver would not switch on. I sent back for repairs and that cost me $120. The problem still exists but by "morse code pressing" the on-off switch I can usually get it working.Now another Head has self-destructed.Otherwise it's great when it's working!Incidentally my previous Philishave lasted 15 years with the same head and is still used as a spare.Guess what I buy next.

This is the second replacement head that failed after nine months. They fall apart. Not a quality product. Cleaned with brush after each use. Cleaned with Braun cleaner after 3 shaves. This product will not last 18 months. The head delivered with the shaver was better than the junk replacements.
I have had this razor 2 years, it was brilliant to start with until I bought a replacement head after 18 months, the replacement head only lasted 4 months this started to cut my skin . Am now reusing my old one which is still OK. Why was the new one made poorly.I have bought 2 of these series 9 razors for my friend's hopefully they are OK.
